⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — A Supervisor Named Lina Restored My Faith in This Location

I want to take a moment to recognize Lina, the supervisor on duty tonight at the 11th Street Starbucks in Tracy, because her kindness genuinely moved me.
My husband went to pick up my order — a large Trenta Cold Brew, specially customized with low-carb modifications for his health. My husband is in the early stages of cerebral atrophy greater than his expected age, and while he is wonderfully functional, he struggles at times with word finding and processing unexpected situations. On his way back to the car, he accidentally dropped the entire drink. Embarrassed and flustered, he came straight home rather than going back inside to explain what happened.

When he got home and told me, I called the store and asked for a supervisor. Lina answered. I explained the situation fully — my husband’s condition, the dropped drink, everything — because I didn’t want her to have any reason to doubt me. I even asked her to look outside. She walked out, found the cup right there, and without any hesitation, offered to remake the drink, free of charge. She was warm, gracious, and completely without judgment.

I’ll be honest — I don’t usually come to this location. I’d had an unpleasant experience here many many years ago and had been going out of my way to avoid it if I can. But tonight, Lina single-handedly changed that.
This is the kind of customer service that reminds you there are still people in this world who lead with compassion. She didn’t have to do what she did, but she did it anyway — and for a family navigating something as difficult as early-onset health conditions, that small act of kindness meant the world.

Thank you, Lina. You are the definition of what great leadership looks like. Five stars, without question.

If I could, I would not give a 1 star at all.
– Look what I found in my drink after finishing my iced espresso.
I feel like I want to throw up, hopefully nothing else in my drink beside this.

-Not just that, I have never been satisfied with my drinks. But no choices, no other Starbucks around, that i can order ahead and on my way to work.
They never made my drink correctly, the taste always different.

-Regarding for staffs, RUDE.
– I always order my drink in large size, but very rare I got the long straw. They always tell me, we run out of long straws, and just handed me the short one. Really?! How am I gonna from that short straw in the large tall cup.

No worth of money to get my drink at this location.

Do NOT go here. Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Employees moving like zombies. Wasted 35 minutes of my life.

There is another Starbucks 2 miles away, go to that one, you’re morning will be much better.

This Starbucks by far has to be one of the fastest, nicest, most efficient Starbucks around. As busy as it ever is, it always has a working flow to it that never seems to get congested. This is a testament to the management and the staff, kudos to everybody!! 🙂

I came in to ask for water for my black heavy fur dog when it’s 88 degrees after we did a walk and asked for ice water for me and the dog she said she can’t and I said then can it just be a small cup for my dog and she refused. I get policy’s and stuff but come for an overheating dog no water???

Honestly I’ve gone to this location a couple of times now and the customer service has been horrible. They have been snarky and snappy. Then today I order 2 drinks light ice (that I paid for) A plain bagel and lemon bread. Well the drinks aren’t light ice and there is no cream cheese. I go and get it fixed and she tells me the cream cheese is an extra 1.25. I make a comment about every other place that sells bagels the cream cheese is included. She comment back saying maybe Starbucks is to expensive for me I’m pretty sure it was the manager. I won’t ever go there again and will go out of my way to tell other people to not go here.

When I order Through the app. They get my drink wrong 75%. I order green tea lemonade and when I get there it a green tea without lemonade. I even ordered it in store and they still forgot the lemonade. They don’t read the entire lable

They only have 3 spaces to sit and work with a laptop where you have your back to a wall and not have any glare on your screen. Sitting anywhere else at this location either would require a privacy screen or anti-glare/matte screen protector.
