Wow, I’m still in shock at how my favorite place is in Winter Park. This family owned business is simply amazing. I have been once a week since I found the place Lily makes the sandwiches and her husband Luigi is the baker. You will feel like you’ve stepped into Italy and I can’t say enough about the pastries.
My favorite sandwich is the Sophia. It is filled with mortadella, Barata cheese, basil, and pistachio and crusted sauce. My explanation won’t make sense until you bite into one of these sandwiches.
The coffees are outstanding. I helped myself to an espresso pistachio, and the next time I had a cappuccino pistachio get yourself here as soon as possible. There is a long line during the weekends, but during the weekdays after lunch is a great time to grab your favorite sandwich just look at these photos. Congratulations to Luigi and Lily and their entire staff. They are very hard-working people and it shows and it tastes.

Stopped by Mama Napoli Italian Bakery & Deli one morning before work after randomly seeing them on TikTok the night before. It looked authentic and family run, so I had to check it out. Best decision.

The second you walk in, you’re hit with that warm, buttery smell of freshly baked croissants. You can tell they’re made in house. They had a variety of flavors and I grabbed a few for my coworkers. I ended up tasting them all, strictly for quality control of course. My favorite was the almond croissant. Perfectly flaky on the outside, soft inside, and just the right amount of sweetness.

It feels like one of those true neighborhood spots that Orlando Ave needed. Cozy, welcoming, and genuinely delicious. I’m already planning my next visit to try their sandwiches. If the croissants are this good, I know the rest of the menu is going to be solid.

Oh. my. stars! Absolutely delectable everything! The focaccia Sofia was out of this world. The panini Totó was superb. The cappuccinos were innovative and memorable. Bought some goodies from the mini market. Kids devoured the nutella filled croissants (that have a yummy tart hint) and the rum infused cake was a blast for the adults. Can’t wait to go back!

My family and I came here to try their sandwiches and coffee. This place did not disappoint. The food was fresh, delicious and a large portion. The coffee was great!
The only thing I will say is, this spot does not have enough room for more than 4 people at a table. So if you a large party, you’ll need more than one table. It’s was slightly challenging to eat with 6 adults, a child and a baby.
To-go orders or grab and go would be better.
We also ordered some cheese cake and canolis to go.

I can’t believe I didn’t know about this place until today! It has been open since June ’24 and friends suggested it today. Friendly greetings as I arrived and was given a menu. Polite Italian being spoken between workers and samples offered to help make the correct sandwich choice…amazing service! Everything looked amazing and was made to order quickly. I ordered a pistachio espresso and was expecting a small drink with garnish…I received an incredible indulgence that definitely left me smiling (and the espresso itself was better than any other shop in town). The sandwich was memorable! Top 5 all time sandwiches of my life! and the portion was American size…the price would have been a value for a half sandwich. Thank you for a great new place in Winterpark!

This Italian gem has been on my list for a while. Today was the day! It’s a small place right on S. Orlando across the street from Agave Azul in Winter Park.

It’s a bakery serving delicious bombolone, cornetto (Italian croissant) both filled with either Nutella, pistachio or Bavarian cream. They have the most amazing focaccia, soft, pillowy & chewy. It was topped with mortadella & pistachio, unreal! The almond cornetto tastes like no other with real almond flavor, shatters as I bit into it, buttery and divine! The cappuccino is so good. It is creamy and rich. To go I bought cannolis & they were a perfect after dinner delight.
They also have Italian cured meats & cheeses. Prosciutto, mortadella, salami & soppressata. Fresh mozzarella, burrata & parm.
The service is friendly, informative and helpful. There is Italian products like olive oils, gnocchi, pasta, pesto, Italian cookies, pistachio & Nutella spreads.
There is plenty of parking in the back and there is an entrance back there which I discovered once inside. Lol. I know for next time. And there will be a next time!

Lunch at Mama Napoli in Winter Park was outstanding. The place was buzzing for lunch, yet we did not wait more than 10 minutes to be served. We ordered two signature panini, one on focaccia and one on regular bread. The regular panini had mortadella, mozzarella, and arugula, while the focaccia panini had prosciutto crudo with Swiss cheese instead of mozzarella. Everything was delicious and very flavorful, and the portions were more than enough for lunch. We could not resist sharing a sfogliatella and two espressos to finish. The entire experience was reminiscent of Italy. Grazie

Absolutely outstanding Italian bakery and deli! The panini are incredibly delicious—especially “the Sofia”, which is hands down a must-try. The pastries are truly authentic, fresh, and full of classic Italian flavor, and the coffee is absolutely perfect, just like you’d expect in Italy.

I was personally attended by Luigi, whose warm hospitality and attention made the experience even better. On top of all that, the authentic Italian mini market is a fantastic bonus—you can find high-quality products that take you straight back to Italy.

This place is a gem. Highly recommended for anyone looking for real Italian food, great service, and an unforgettable experience ☕
