My order has always been right, whether I order coffee or food.
Earlier this week was particularly sweet. Arienna (I hope I spelled that right) had the biggest smile and the best customer service. I even got a little message on my lid that made my day!

I visited this Starbucks today (Lathrop Starbucks) and had a disappointing experience with lady staff. I placed my order and waited patiently for my food. The staff clearly saw me waiting, yet instead of calling out my order or handing it to me, they left it sitting somewhere while they were busy chatting, checking social media, and having fun .
After waiting for about five minutes, I had to approach them and ask about my order. Their response? “Your food is over there; you’re supposed to check.” When I pointed out that they saw me standing and waiting without assisting, their dismissive response was, “Thank you, have a great day,” which felt like an indirect way of saying, “Get out.”
It seemed like they purposely acted this way because I didn’t tip for my $3 order. If Starbucks has responsible managers who care about customer service, I urge you to address this behavior. There were three staff members on duty today (Three girls) who appeared more focused on their personal enjoyment than providing basic customer service.
This was unprofessional and unacceptable. Starbucks is known for its great customer service, but experiences like this make me reconsider visiting again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training for these employees.
They had couple of baristas still preparing coffees.
This barista walks up to me and says they are not selling coffee for walk-ins and I have to come through drive through.
I felt they could have just taken my order there knowing the fact that I was looking for just a black coffee.
