My partner went in there to get me a coffee as i was staying in the car with my baby. He does this all the time and is aware of everything in all Starbucks such as prices rules etc. he goes on to ask for a cup of water after purchasing my coffee through mobile order and the barista tells him he has to order something he then tells her that he did and shows proof and now she says it has to be done there so then he grabs something else because he wanted water so he’s trying to purchase anything and now she says she has to charge for water. He then proceeds to question why she is saying one thing to another and she says that he makes her uncomfortable. My partner is the only black male in there and there is a line behind him. He is confused his is he making her uncomfortable so he asks her how? Is it because i am black? And she doesn’t say anything. My partner turns and asks everyone in line if he’s making anyone uncomfortable and everyone nods “no.” Because of this I will never buy from them again. This was a racist encounter that never got addressed. People think they are more privileged than others and think they can treat others differently because of their skin color. Horrible experience. My partner felt extremely embarrassed and upset

Nice but small Starbucks. It has very limited seating here. Saw an ant on the counter. The workers were hardworking. One was sweeping, another taking orders and another making drinks. The area where u get sugar and milk needed to be wiped clean and there weren’t any regular sugar packets. Overall, I would give this place 3.5 stars.

I’m at this Starbucks now. I like here. Here has Very clean and very friendly staffs. There are customers who has kids, but the kids were as good as gold.

A nice little Starbucks but I’m not sure what’s up with the beans here but all the fresh brewered coffees taste sour, metallic, and bitter. I even asked for another brew (tried blonde, then Christmas blend) and it was STILL disgusting ! Ended up throwing it away after a few forced sips.

I give a fair amount of chances before I finally say forget it. Ice Chai tea 3 times is my limit. You give me a hot chai tea one more time, and I am out. Don’t like to give negative reviews, but geesh. Iced Chai Tea with caramel in the cup and cinnamon at the top. “Ice” is the key word. I didn’t even ask for a refund. I just walked out. Love Starbucks but will not go to this one again.

No outlets, No hot water, No bathroom, No accessible parking on site, and unfriendly. Isn’t this what going to Starbucks is about instead of doing our own coffee and mix drinks? A waste of time – the worst model of Starbucks.

Can’t complain…I have six Starbucks I frequent regularly and I don’t think 136th has ever gotten my order wrong. Temp is right, the flavored pumps are just right and they have never floated my shot on top! Real coffee drinkers will know what I mean nothing like taking your first sip and it’s all espresso
