Absolutely love it here. Every and all local Starbucks are amazing especially this one on Belmont Avenue. This is my second drink today from Starbucks and they made it perfect and amazing. Everybody is also very friendly and sweet. Wayyyyy better tasting coffee and drinks than Dunkin.

Today was my first time inside of this Starbucks location, and I really loved the environment, food, and drink options, especially the mango dragonfruit drink, chocolate chip cookie, and the vegetarian breakfast sandwich that I had.

As for the staff, they were very nice, friendly, and welcoming to me.

I will definitely be coming back again!

The drinks have always been pretty good, way better then Dunkin! But disappointed in the food. Just got an Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella sandwich. They really were lazy putting the sandwich together. A corner of pesto ‍♀️

Used the mobile order on the app. Ordered 2 drinks, both were correct and delicious!! Being able to customize drinks is fantastic. Service was very friendly as I expect from Starbucks. There was a line around the building yet it moved quickly and smoothly. Our drinks were ready before we reached the window! Will be back, even if they ever mess up a drink because erring is human and they would correct any issue they had!

Very unprofessional, Charlotte, that works out. The window well refuses to give you a full cup of your coffee that you pay for, I ordered a venti, and I got a Grande. Liquid an event cup with the rest whipped cream an air Due to their own policies, being that the milk comes with an ice espresso free I pay for the flavoring and the doppio espresso, And I order extra oat milk. She tells me she can’t fill the cup to the rem. Like anyone else’s drink, because she wants me to order a latte. Why I can’t customize my iced espresso like their policy says. And why would I have to order a latte? I can’t have that much caffeine. So I ordered 2 shots of D. Ecaf espresso? Why would I order a latte that comes with 3 shots of espresso? And all I want is two shots of espresso with extra oatmilk, not even giving me the option to pay the extra for the rest of the oatmek. That should be in my cup. Not that I should have to, but she just makes it and tells me that she will not fill it up, even if I did pay extra. Would she wasn’t me the option, too! It’s very frustrating. Getting ripped off by people who are supposed to be doing their jobs, right, not racially profiling people.

Visited the store on New Years Eve – drive thru was packed so I ordered in the lobby. Store is extremely well maintained – bathrooms and lobby very cleanly. Friendly baristas with efficient service. I received my drinks in < 5 mins. One of the few stores in the area that is still well stocked with holiday drinks.

Bought very small ice coffee. All ice, very little coffee. Have to rethink going again. No happiness in workers. Atmosphere bland. Hopefully caught them at a bad moment. Was not busy. Can see why many of these places are closing.
