I never had a problem here getting my order right. I recommend coming here if you want something quick. Down side, it’s not a drive-through. Plus side you can get your starbess & shop here. Tons of free parking, just a very busy parking lot.

The worst Starbucks i have ever been. I Don’t think Starbucks run this branch. I have waited for 30m to just get my tea. 1 employee handles everything. The line goes all the way the door 🙁 . No one cares. I hope Starbucks will consider this. I have been using Starbucks for 10 years i used to love them and still i do, but this branch.

I gave up on this location because they never give me the drink I want. There’s always some kind of problem here: The blender is broken so can’t make the cold form, running out of the cold brew and can’t even care to make me regular iced coffee, only one cashier/barista available who is still new and doesn’t know how to make the seasonal drink etc. Yea, don’t come here.

Customer service sucks and they’re super slow! No sense of urgency just dragging their feet like they don’t want to be at work. 4 different occasions, they closed at 4p.m. like what’s going on with that!?

Been there several times…asked them to make a simple White Chocolate Mocha…it was bitter…asked them to remake it…still could not get it right. The personnel is really nice there but the espresso drinks, not very good. 🙁
