This place is disgusting! No one in the drive-thru, no one in line in the shop, there are 6 people behind the counter but not 1 of them can come clean?! Even the walls have coffee stains running down them! Been here 40min but all 6 workers just stand behind the counter chatting and one of them is the manager! I had to wet some napkins in the bathroom (also foul and disgusting) to wipe off a chair myself just to sit! I won’t be back to this crappy dive that’s for damn sure!

Every morning when I arrive at this location I am met with such warm and genuine greetings by this team. They remember my name and just provide such great customer service. I travel internationally as well as domestic and I must admit this is my favorite location and team to do business with. The best way I can describe the service I receive here is personalized. To the decision makers for this location I would advise you reward this team for making me feel like I actually matter to them as a customer. I recently visited this Starbucks and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The workers were extremely rude and unhelpful, which made the visit unpleasant from the start. To make matters worse, they gave me dirty cups and lids, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the drinks were poorly made and did not taste good at all. I won’t be coming back to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.

Someone needs to take charge of these people to clean up! The drinks are good but inside the store is gross. I wish my phone was able to take better pictures. It has obviously been a long time since the tables and floors were cleaned. There are coffee spills, wrappers and food all over the floor and tables. There are several people working right now to fill one drink order instead of sending one or two people to at least wipe off the tables so customers can get a table. Even the seats are sticky from spilled drinks and don’t get me started on the stench of the bathrooms. Of course, one can only wonder what lurks behind the counter of this fine establishment. I will not come here again and I advise anyone conscious of their health to do the same.

My name Is Jon And I go to the Starbucks in Martinez at the corner of Morello and Arnold religiously every day. I just have to say that the staff that worked there literally make me wanna come back every single workday without fail. I absolutely love them all.. However, today, one of the staff members told me that the management is up in arms about the staff, putting stickers on the coffee cups to cheer up the Customers. I used to be a manager and I hate to end this review on a bad note, but common cut your Staff some slack and treat them like the beautiful humans they are!!!

I absolutely love going to this Starbucks location – the staff is always incredibly friendly and efficient, making my experience smooth and enjoyable. The drive-thru is super convenient and fast, and I appreciate that the employees always take the time to interact with my dogs. It’s a great feeling knowing that my furry companions are also welcomed and acknowledged. Such a wonderful atmosphere overall!

This is my local Starbucks so I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, they are continuously, egregiously, slow. I used their drive thru the other day with 4 cars in line and it took 12 min to get through. Today, I made the decision to get in their inescapable drive thru as the last car that could fit in their drive thru line. I started the timer right away. It took 11 1/2 minutes for me to even get to the speaker to put in my order. From speaker to pick up was an additional 8 minutes. Then, they messed up my order. I think this is a sign to make coffee from home for a while.
