I was hesitant to try this place out bcuz I didn’t see the best reviews but my family and I came here to try it out anyways.
I definitely feel it was worth giving it a try! The food and service were all great! There was no wait to get seated and the service was also very fast! Drinks and food came out very quickly and the food was delicious!
I got the bone marrow tacos which were so flavorful and the combination of cheese and asada tied it all perfectly together. My parents got some of their seafood options and everything we tried was really good! Definitely recommend their aguachile roll!
My sister got their birria tacos and they were also very good. The staff was very friendly and we had asked for a drink they had on their instagram but wasn’t on the menu and they came through! Our server took our request to her manager and they made the drink exactly like the picture. I noticed they also did something similar for two women sitting near us that wanted something specific as well.
They are very accommodating and friendly and the whole experience was a 10/10!
I recommend giving it a try!

2 weeks ago we decided to have a date night with my husband we decided to check this place out for drinks. We sat at the bar and were greeted right away. Drinks were so delicious and the bar tenders were great. They were very attentive and their service was great. Music was k. I think they can do better. Will love to return to give there dishes a try. Drink bar and bartenders were awesome.

Servers were good, although food was okay, def not worth the price, mixed drinks didnt have a hint of alcohol, ambience is wierd feel like a laser tag arena, music is being played off YouTube mixture of fuera regiza and what is love by Hardaway what is love.. def need a banda or DJ. Seems like a place that isnt ready for full service. Not coming back

Disappointing Food and Even Worse Customer Service
My husband and I ordered asada burritos at Mr. Tempo in Bakersfield. My husband grew up eating Mexican food and has a very refined palate when it comes to flavors and ingredients, especially staples like beans. I, being Asian, don’t have the same level of familiarity, but even I could tell something was off.
My husband ate about half of his burrito before stopping, saying the beans tasted spoiled. He asked one of the servers about it, and she kindly offered to exchange his dish for something else. He said he’d think about it. After tasting my burrito as well, he noticed the same rancid taste and decided to take her up on the offer.
Unfortunately, when he spoke with another server, the situation took a turn for the worse. The male manager came over and flatly refused to honor the server’s offer to replace the burrito. He denied that there was anything wrong with the beans and showed zero interest in resolving the issue. Even after being reminded that customer service matters, he dismissed our concerns entirely and walked away.
A few minutes later, the original server returned and reassured my husband that she could switch the burrito for him, but by that point we were already too upset by the manager’s rude attitude and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
Between the spoiled beans and the rotten customer service from the manager on duty, this was a terrible experience. Steer clear of this place—no meal is worth being treated with such disrespect.

Food was just ok, service was not the best. They kept bringing food to our table that wasn’t ours and the worst part is there was like 10 people in the restaurant total and still couldn’t bring the right food to the right tables. Listen I don’t mind paying for food at all but this was a little too pricy for me considering that you have to buy everything separately. I ordered a chicken mole plate and was told it didn’t come with rice and beans. Then I was told only certain plates come with rice and beans and when I looked at the menu there were like two plates that came with rice and beans and the price was not worth it. They have no children friendly menu. The wife ordered a tea and asked for sweet’n low and was told they don’t have sweet’n low just regular sugar. A friend ordered taquitos and she received a plate with miniature taquitos. They literally took a taquito and chopped it into two three mini ones. Atmosphere was very poor. One worker came to the table and asked if everything was good and if we needed anything, we said yes refills on drinks. He then proceeded to tell us “oh that’s not my job that’s your waiters job”. Like bro why did you ask us if we needed anything then. Me personally, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Fun atmosphere, Martha our server was great and on point with everything, food was delicious and well seasoned and hot. You get what you pay for big portions and great taste. Will for sure be coming back gotta try the churro cart we were too full to order it this time.
