The staff are friendly and graciously answer any questions you may have. Yesterday, I ordered an Iced Tall Breve Caramel Macchiato and asked for Extra Whipped Cream and they followed my modifications perfectly. Super happy with the excessive whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top. Sometimes when I order whipped cream on top, the baristas don’t add a caramel sauce drizzle on top of the whipped cream. I enjoy eating whipped cream with caramel sauce. So yummy!

The lack of customer service and welcoming customers only Creates conflict and does not allow smooth communication and transactions. Especially if the customers having to manage employees moods. Your register staff needs to be better trained in customer service. To know how to address customers and have appropriate tone. Your dealing with adults over 40, we require a level of respect and Professionalism. Do better! Hire some males Mr. manager. Even out the hormones up in here.

3rd time ordering using the app and my order has not been ready when I arrive. This last time, I was given the wrong item. My actual order sat so long it was cold. SOME of the staff does not seem very welcoming, and will basically just ignore you. While 1 lady greats with a smile and a “Hello”. I’m sorry she has to be apart of this one star review.
