We were very happy with their service today. I was hungry and had their double smoked bacon cheddar cheese egg sandwich which was what the doctor ordered. Plus our drinks and we left happy campers!
They did a great job making our drinks and taking care of us. Our great granddaughter ordered her own drink. How wonderful is this!
Starbucks is always great place to drive through for your orders. I shouldn’t ordered the chai latte venti w little ice here. They gave me lots of milk to full the drink and it tastes like milk. At other Starbucks this isn’t a problem with the drink tasting like it should. The other drinks were good. We go to Starbucks throughout the world; and especially, in places we don’t like their food. Try Starbucks and enjoy their food and drinks!

Worst chai latte I’ve ever had! It tasted watered down and had a horrible aftertaste. Unfortunately I didn’t taste it until several miles down the road and I wasn’t going back to let them know how bad it was.

2/7/26 This place is hopeless. We the customers enjoyed the warmth in the store when it’s cold outside for the last many weeks.
But…we are back to the brutal use of the air conditioner. 63*? Really? It’s chilly outside, it’s worse inside. The excuse Corporate is controlling the setting doesn’t fly.
Someone is lying here. So you don’t want customers dining in? Close the place then. Many of us have had it.
PROS: Staff is pretty good. Coffee great. Food selection nice
CONS: Really slow wifi they need a new router.
Flying bugs, tables not cleaned, music awful, too loud, they still have probs keeping it welcoming with heat.

Most of the time it’s great but always too much ice! I asked for light ice as seen in the photo and after removing the massive amount of ice they gave me and drinking nothing, this is how much product was left. Who wants to pay 5 dollars for that .

Came in right now 12:50 pm on 3/29 never have I ever been told I could not get water without purchasing a food item. I go to Starbucks daily for my coffees and about every other day for just water cups WITHOUT ordering anything else and today I asked for 2 water cups and the man in the drive through said “ you have to buy something for free water man your ridiculous “ whoever that man is has never helped me until today because that is something I have done and tons of other people have done for years. I use to work at Starbucks in my hometown in so cal and we give free water all the time that was never a rule.

I walked over to get coffee last night and arrived 30+ minutes prior to closing and door was looked. The waves at the multiple employees inside and they signaled drive thru. I have never in 15+ years had this happen unless there was signage showing why the lobby was closed early. There is nothing on hours of operation at facility or google showing lobby closes at earlier hours then posted. I could have overlooked this if say I was trying to walk in 5 minutes before close but more then 30 minutes for no reason is bad customer service.
