There are two Starbucks that are closer to where I live and two that are closer to where I work from this one, but this is worth going a little further for. Rachel has especially been excellent: remembers my name, what I like to order, and has been kind towards me including when I had bad days. I try to come at times when there aren’t too many people around: it’s close to a high school and soon after school is out, lots of teenagers come in.
There’s ample space to sit and lots of wall outlets.
Good to work from: it feels consistent and stabilizing to be around people other people who are also working from here without needing to talk with anyone, and the space has a lot more light than my apartment during the daytime.

Fire David. If he’s new then we understand but please make sure he knows the right protocol. He messed up all of me and my friends four orders. He put the wrong drink on one of our orders which made her pay extra, he didn’t even add a drink to one of our receipts that we asked for and then gave us the wrong drink when we had to add it again, and he didn’t add decaf coffee to my frappuccino when I asked for it. Please guide him in the right direction if he’s new, but otherwise fire him.

I’ve been a loyal customer to Starbucks for a long time. I will usually get complementary ice water. Somehow today, at this particular location they refused to give me ice water..! I have had my coffee at a different location already so I just wanted a bit of water but the baristas couldn’t give me any!! I can’t believe it..!

Perfect location on Castro and opens at 6am. Love this place ample with seating and charge sockets. Big space and good staff. Bathroom doesn’t require a code so it’s convenient when you need to go while enjoying your coffee.

Ordered 2 drinks in app. It took me 5 minutes to walk from Eagle Park to this Starbucks location and my drinks were ready. Hassle free when picking up. I didn’t need to ask for anything. Straws, napkins, strays and to go bags were displayed near the pickup station.

I visited this convenient location by myself on a sunny Saturday morning. Parking was easy, there was no line to order coffee, but most tables were taken, with many people sitting outside and chatting. The atmosphere was relaxing. WiFi worked connection was a little slow.

Very spacious starbucks at downtown mountain view. Plenty of outlets and tables . they also a lot of outdoor seating. Good service from the barista. I like they open till 9pm every day.

I’m a regular at Starbucks and this location passes the vibe check with flying colors. Every time I’ve ordered my food and drinks are the correct order and right temperature. It’s clean for a downtown location and there’s lots of seating. Great place to enjoy a coffee and study or charge your phone. Have to give a shoutout to the employees for handling the influx of people during the power outages with kindness and hardwork
