I love the friendly staff at chick fil an every where, but this ovation really outdid them all. Staff checked on me throughout the meal, dining room was immaculately clean, and food was fast and delicious. They even have a shelf of toys for the kids and large bathroom.

I went there to pick up a door dash order. I stood at the counter for five minutes no one acknowledged me. Finally I had to signal the attention of a lobby attendant, who then told me they’ll bring it out when it’s ready. Finally once my order said ready on the screen it still was another five minutes of me standing there with no acknowledgment. Luckily a manager came from the back and asked have I been assisted, and I finally told her that my order is on the screen, but my orders have not been brought out yet, and she went back to the back and grabbed it for me. I’m writing this review because this is not what I ever experienced at a Chick-fil-A out of all the locations around the world I’ve ever been to this is definitely not the standard and quality that I’m used to receiving when patron a Chick-fil-A establishment. Hopefully this is not consistent. How things are normally are here

Slow!! And look at my medium fries! This is how it looked when I pulled them out of the bag. None spilled and I didn’t eat any! They charged me for a medium and didn’t even fill it up!! Terrible!!!! You definitely don’t get what you pay for! And they weren’t even hot!!

Food is great. The need to fix the serving of the cookie parfait, this chick fil a location seems to put the bare minimum in them. All the other chick fil a locations fill the parfait’s all the way up. Definitely needs fixing because it’s a rip off.

I have only been to this chick fila twice but both times were horrible the 1st time they forgot to give me my drink the second time I ordered no cheese and there was cheese on my sandwich. I felt rushed the lady taking my order was on her walkie so she didn’t here everything I said it just wasn’t pleasant

Aside from the fact that they passed the arrival time by 20 min the food was in terrible condition. The fries were half empty from the medium to the large container. It was soggy and greasy and taste like it had been microwaved. The sandwich had wilted lettuce and tomatoes and the bread was soggy.

Went thru the drive thru this morning and food was delicious I waited a little while but food was great also staff were very friendly, a girl name Daniela handed out my food and other customer on the back and it was a great moment!! Chick-fil-A is becoming expensive, me and my wife paid $30 for 2 meals and 12 count chicken nuggets entree! That’s why I removed a star. Food was great, the people working there are the best from all fast food restaurants in Baytown. Clean restaurant.
