Decent Starbucks experience at this Menlo Park location. Sizable interior with a good floor plan, and varying sizes of tables both indoors and outdoors. Large free parking makes it easy to find a parking spot. Fast and efficient service, but it can get busy very quickly.

I just went here and the only bathroom available had no working lock. I opened it on 2 women (young assisting elderly) and I felt horrible. This bathroom should also be unavailable until serviced. After I used it, a woman behind me went in and I informed her if the lock not working, so I watched it for her privacy and then reported this to the staff. They seemed ti be aware and didn’t care much.

Shoutout to the guy with the ponytail who works mornings!! Customer service legend right here. Spent $25 on drinks, and he launches them onto the counter, no carrier. Cool let me carry all these drinks with my two hands. I ask for one, and he tosses it to me. Okay, I guess I’ll do your job for you guy!! Love that for me. Nothing like doing your own bagging at a coffee shop. Get some better customer service.

Nothing particularly notable about this location. It was quiet and roomy with several seating tables. I ordered an Iced Peach Green Tea with light ice with a warmed chocolate chip cookie. the ice wasn’t really light, but the drink was pretty good. The staff were okay. They seemed a little bit stand-off-ish, but I think it was just because it was nearing the end of their day on a Sunday evening. They did get busy for a good hour with people going in and out for mobile orders or to-go orders. The seating inside the location was full. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table to open up. It seems that they do have quite a bit of people coming in to do some work.
The only complaint I have is that the bathroom didn’t look quite clean, but again, I also came in about 3-4 hours before they closed. It was definitely more towards the end of the day for the location.

I really enjoyed the layout of this place. Had a nice nook to work in, very clean, and loved the artwork. The map on the far wall next to the restrooms was a great touch. Service was as expected from a well kept Starbucks. No reason to knock it down from 5 stars.

One of the largest, best franchise locations that I’ve visited in the Bay Area, with numerous seating in different configurations (lounge, small and large tables) for individual or group functions. It’s located in a large shopping plaza with just a Safeway and Wells Fargo in the back. Service is generally excellent, although the younger staff seems more enthused and friendly than the older, jaded worker. Restroom, tables and floor are impeccably clean. The only drawback noticed is the small, traditional door, which can impede accessibility for some disabled patrons using wheelchairs (though restroom is compliant). Overall, it’s a very pleasant Starbucks location with great service!

Order was ready shortly after I ordered online from the parking lot. A quick trip to the bathroom and I picked up my drink on the way out of the door. Plenty of customers about. The staff was keeping up!!
