They made me a watered down refresher and didn’t fill up the cup? This was not worth the trip. Before I reviewed this place I wanted to make sure it wasn’t just me but it looks like they have a habit of underfilling their drinks.

I ended up going back and asking them to fill it up. The girl did. Still, it looks like they always do this so I’m keeping the 1 star review. They don’t care about being professional and it looks like management doesn’t care either because their employees keep doing this and nobody changed this. I won’t be coming back. This is just poor customer service.

they only fill 75% of the cup here. i just opened the lid and it looked like this. this is a hot chocolate, and the milk is just flat. i got played. can you guys do something about quality control? it isnt the first time this happened to my order, and based on your other reviews this is a consistent problem. and dont give a stock reply asking for us to give you “more info on how we can improve.” why don’t you figure that out from these reviews? the audacity to waste more of your customers time

We visited there today for have coffee but not allow use restroom by staff said not available so I strongly recommend to open restroom for customers since very important to wash hand before eat or drink after long hike today✌️

I held back from writing a review initially, but after repeated negative experiences, I feel it’s necessary to share.
On my first visit, my order was incorrect, and when I addressed it, the barista did not handle the situation professionally. Instead, she had the audacity to tell me this Strawberry where I clearly mentioned Dragonfruit. Today, I ordered a dragonfruit lemonade again but the drink was very diluted and lacked flavor. (Had 2/3 pieces of dragon fruit) Attempts to clarify the issue were met with unclear communication, leaving me feeling ignored. Prior to this i had asked for her name that she refused to say because she knew she messed up. I also noticed that customer names were being called for others, but mine was not, which made the experience uncomfortable.
Mistakes happen, but professionalism, communication, and respectful treatment of customers are basic expectations. Unfortunately, this location did not meet those standards. I hope management addresses these concerns and provides staff training on customer service.
To be more specific so that innocent employees don’t get blamed. The barista i al talking about had pink butterfly tattoos on her arms. ( Since she didn’t want give a name which i understand it is not necessary but the fact that i asked for it prior to all that happened is a red flag ) Not just that she was talking about me to her colleague when they came from the back both looking at me.

So Starbucks is blatantly charging for a trenta drink and they are serving you the amount of a large one. I ordered a trenta pin drink and they served it to me in the trenta cup but the amount they gave me in the cup was actually half of the cup and I knew it because when I picked it up it barely weighed anything. I opened it in front of all the Starbucks employees and they stared at me as if I was a beggar asking for money. They have no respect for their customers and they also use racist language towards me. They are stealing in plain sight and to top it off the flavor wasn’t even what they normally sell. Starbucks had no flavor it looked like pure milk with dried strawberries, a total disappointment and I will never shop at that store again. I would give it -5 stars, but I can’t do that because it doesn’t allow it. There’s no such option because giving it one star is still giving them too much for me in terms of the quality and service I received, not to mention the racism.

Hannah / Natalia are Rockstars. Everytime I come into the Daly City location there customer service is incredible. Both of them definitely need to get promoted. Everytime I tip its definately worth it. GREAT TEAM

I’m a daily starbucks drinker and this is my favorite location! It’s clean and the staff is friendly and always greet me when I arrive. Drinks are always on point which is why I come here pretty much everyday.

Shoutout to all the baristas there for their excellent service – they are always so nice and always so helpful. Hannah, Grim, Brynn, Mia, Ana, Madi, and all the other baristas are awesome. (sorry, I know I’m leaving out a few but I cant remember everyone’s name!)

Bonus- They are one of the few locations that open late night in the SF-peninsula area for your evening coffee needs!

This store is always on top of every order and all the employees are super nice. The employees gives great energy and is super quick with making the drinks. Will definitely comeback! They deserve a raise haha!

I ordered an iced matcha latte with extra strawberry cold foam and a birthday cake pop. Not exactly a complicated order, and not a big one either. When I walked in, one of the staff was standing in front of the cashier talking, and even though I was the only customer there, I had to wait about 5 minutes just to order. When I finally did, she said my order wrong and I had to correct her.

When my drink was ready, the cup was messy with matcha dripping down the sides, and the barista looked visibly bothered handing it over. I understand working at Starbucks isn’t always fun, but that doesn’t mean customers should have to deal with that attitude.

On top of that, there was no extra cold foam added. When I mentioned it, they just told me they did put it in. I even opened the lid to show them there was barely any there, and all I got was silence—no apology, no fix.

Absolutely terrible service and disappointing experience.
