Today I was there for about 20 minutes and i could tell that none of the ladies working front counter smiled or interacted with customers not even once.
When an elderly customer asked if the prepared drink was his, the lady instead of checking for him, she was just abrupt and borderline rude and saying things in the line of “does it have your name on it?” and “check your order details.”
Honestly it’s a shame that people are becoming like this to each other. We all know that life is tough but if you’re not happy with where you are, you don’t have to infect other people with your negativity.
One of them recommended me a mango drangonfruit refresher(I wanted to have a cool lime originally but they didnt have T.T), and it was pretty good!
