I was in California Saturday and I stopped at this place for a quick for a quick drink. The young man at the counter didn’t understand what I was trying to do because I was a difficult customer. I’m so sorry for that, but he did bring up a young lady who knew exactly what I was gonna do. She added my cards to my account so that I could get my points and was very nice explained everything very well to me. Thank you for being so nice so efficient and taking the time out of your day to help an old lady like me, you’re amazing. You never know when you’re gonna have a blogger like me come through your line so be nice to everybody. Thank you for your patience.

Is a good site for take a coffee and for past a good time with friends or have a good meeting with your family or colleagues.
We go to this place three times more or less and normally have a good experience. Only in one time need to check with employee for the taste of coffee but they change me my coffee and gift me a brownie for free.

If you have an issue with an order don’t try calling them they won’t pick up. I accidentally picked the wrong bread on my order and when I called to get it swapped because it was the same price and I’m allergic to bread pumpkin they didn’t pick up. DoorDash tried contacting them and they did not pick up.

Light ice Ridiculous my drink had more ice than coffee I was on my way to work in a hurry and they forgot to add my heavy cream and cold foam but they sure didn’t forget to charge me for it .

Two days in a row I’ve done a walk up window order. I understand prioritizing drive thru drinks and mobiles but I do think there should be some effort made into getting walk up drinks out especially if there are only a few people waiting. First day I did a mobile and my order was not done. Today I ordered at the window and was ignored for 10 min with no updates on my order.
