I never leave reviews, but we ordered pickup from here on our way through and it was sooo good! The burger was HUGE and juicy! My husband said was the best burger he’s had in a long long time, and he eats LOTS of burgers. I got the salad that had jalapeños, and it was so huge and overstuffed I could only eat a quarter and had to dig through all the yummys to find lettuce, so no skimping ingredients here. Will be stopping here every time we drive through now!

They are very racist. Me in my husband went there to enjoy our meal , in as you can tell we are people of color, but they aren’t. I was told I couldn’t eat here. In then the lady proceeded to call the cops on me for no darn reason. I think it’s very unpleasant to be still chocked up about the color of my skin .I was only trying to enjoy a family meal. Something needs to be done about the corporateing. .

The inside was beautiful with local sports jerseys and an amazing mural. The service was amazing, all of the staff were kind. I had a large cheeseburger and some steak fries, and they were quite possibly the best burger and fries combo I’ve had. An additional note, this place is visibly popular, but not overly busy. When I went on May 19, 2023, we must’ve seen at least 5 groups of people that we knew from in town. Mustang Lucy’s is a must if you are just visiting, or if you’re a longtime resident of Winnsboro, Louisiana. We spent around $70, but we had a group of four people.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic. I ordered the Jalapeño sourdough burger with sweet potato fries and a shrimp poboy with sweet potato fries. Absolutely delicious and right beside Wal-Mart if you need to get some shopping done.

I don’t often leave reviews, but this cute place deserves all the stars! The wait staff was pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious- mom had salad/buffet fish, I ordered the blackened catfish. It was all perfectly cooked. The salad bar was full of fresh food, the buffet steaming hot and fresh. The entire place was clean, the decor was very cute. And the mural was amazing! I loved the local teams representing as well.

Walked in, and no one greeted us. There were many tables with dirty dishes and the staff we saw were sitting at the counter looking at their phones. They finally told us to sit anywhere. We found some clean tables in the back. Got the lunch buffet, which I wished I had tried a burger or something else. It was not worth the money. We usually give a restaurant 2 chances before we decide never to go back. So they have one more shot to make it better before we mark them off our list.

The place itself is prolly gonna be the best there is. It looks great. It’s clean. But service i stood there forever and while cashiers and all ran around me asking how I was. One of which was like I’ll be right back to help you then walked past me 4 more times without looking in my direction. When I finally picked up my food that had been ready since before I got there it was already cold for take out. Got home. Everyone has the wrong side, the fish was over cooked, the gravy had chunks of flour in it like it wasn’t mixed, my poboy had very tough chewy bread and hardly anything for mayo while having what seemed to be half a head of lettuce. The open face burger was over cooked and had a weird taste. The onion rings were squishy and tasted like fried chicken and the shrimp also tasted like fries chicken. Now our family of four after eating all have stomach aches and running back and forth to the bathroom. I will not be returning to this place. Sorely disappointed with what I’d heard was so good.

It’s a nice atmosphere for a down home dinner. The meat was seasoned well and the staff was very friendly. I was asked if I needed help on multiple occasions. The scenery is nice and vivid. It’s just an all around good experience. I think the salad could’ve been a little better for the price.
