Very dissapointed in this location, went in bought myself coffee sat down to eat and drink it. Noticed a homeless outside, went outside to offer him hot coffee went back to order and the gentleman at the counter was very hesitant to even sell me the drink because it was for the homeless man outside. Never in my life have I even been almost denied service for doing a good deed. People need to remember that they are humans just like we are. Will never be coming back to this location again.

I ordered a cinnamon dulce with extra whip and soy milk this afternoon at 11am for mobile pickup. As soon as I took a couple sips, my stomach turned upside down and was not happy! I am VERY lactose intolerant, and can handle cheese, whip cream, ice cream… just not milk..
I think when they wrote soy on my Starbucks drink they mistakenly put in whole milk. I’m pretty annoyed right now considering I just had to leave work because I was trapped in the bathroom for 30 mins!! I’m going to be sick for a few days now ! This is not okay!!

This Starbucks sucks. The employees and management are rude.
I had a crappy experience where an employee forgot one of my drinks and rolled her eyes when I reminded her and she threw the drink at me.
When I asked to speak with the manager, he didn’t seem to care at all. He even got a little confrontational.
Please do not come here. I even mentioned it to another employee and he told me that he was already planning on quitting because everyone here is miserable.

The employee must be a new hired ’cause not once but multiple times he had punch in the wrong drink or make it wrong! And when we asked for it to be remade he just said oh sorry and hand it to us. I didnt want to make it a big deal but it’s happening so often. I dnt think he knows what he’s doing. I am going to another location.

Convenient location at Villa & Shaw in Clovis. Plenty to love at Starbucks! Hot coffees like Caffè Mocha, Cappuccino, Espresso Macchiato – too many to mention here. Hot teas, Frappuccino® Blended Beverages, Cold coffees, Iced teas, Cold drinks, Hot breakfasts, lots of bakery items, big Lunch menu. Highly recommend!

I come to this star bucks here to my home. but now I’m willing to drive out of my way because there is always something wrong with my coffee when it comes here whether it’s way too much ice and no coffee literally no coffee or I have them put four shots in a Frappuccino. I watched them make it they literally throw half away, which means two of my shots got thrown away. It was a $12 coffee.

I am honestly so so appreciative of this location. My employment is in customer service in the food service industry, and I’m a trainer and leader in my job so I know how it works. This location is so so so so good with their customer service. I picked up a decently large order today and one of my drinks spilt completely all over my car. Personally in my line of work, you break or make a mistake you buy it. I came back through the drive through and asked for a remake and offered to pay again for it because it was my fault that it had spilt. I got to the window and tried to pay and he gave me the drink and said that he didn’t want me to pay. Both interactions I had with this gentleman were very nice and that was the cherry on top. I wish I had his name so I can put it in here but I didn’t catch it. Either way, I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. My receipt number was #65798896 just in case corporate sees this. Amazing job!!!
