I ordered online but called ahead before arriving to make sure my food would be heated, since one time they gave me frozen food. I wasn’t even upset or asking for a refund, just wanted to let them know what happened but apparently what I said bothered them.
When I arrived, no one helped me for a while, until a woman came out and said she was just going to heat my food so it wouldn’t be cold. I told her that my last order wasn’t cold, it was frozen, and she said that if food cools down it gets hard. (which didn’t make sense, because anyone can tell the difference between cold and frozen). The other staff gave me dirty looks, except for one guy who’s always at the front and very nice
I come here every week, but with the awful attitude I got today, I won’t be coming back.

I wanted to order a white mocha with strawberry cold foam and they told me they couldn’t do the starwberry cold foam…. im guessing because they were just being lazy because after they told me they couldn’t I checked if I could order it online and it let me so its not like they were out of the strawberry. Its a basic white mocha with strawberry cold foam… not that difficult! If you cant make basic drinks dont work at Starbucks!! Will not be returning to that location!

I am severely allergic to lactose, hence I ordered the matcha with oat milk and they gave me matcha with heavy cream, I always have matcha with oat milk I had one sip and I confirmed with barista whether it’s oat milk she assured me that it is , while I was leaving I had another sip and then I was sure that it isn’t oat milk , I talked with her and she confirmed saying that we add heavy cream creamer on that drink , when my order was specific and I told her I’ll be sick in no time if this has lactose; which happened afterwards; she offered to make another drink but the damage was done. Now I m sick after 2 hours after the 2 sips of heavy cream matcha. I am not visiting this location next time.

I am a regular customer as I work nearby. Last week I ordered 2 drinks, a brownie, and a bagel. I did not get the brownie. The next time I went, I told them about the missing brownie. The girl at the window said she would ask her manager if I could get the missing item now. Right away, an outspoken lady named Breezy said I could not and gave me a really hard time, all for a brownie. I am not sure if she was the manager, but she was not professional for sure. A simple, polite no would have been fine. I will make sure to avoid this location and tell my coworkers about this rude employee.

I was very disappointed on the service I received today! The girl at the register was very rude and not helpful whatsoever. And one of the baristas kept announcing my drinks when I had already told him that I was waiting on another drink and that’s why I was still standing there, he kept looking at me without saying anything and they continued to laugh with the other gentleman barista. Which made me feel very uncomfortable. And to top it off they messed up on one of my drinks and gave me attitude (as if it was my fault) when I told the barista. He didn’t want to remake it and asked the cashier girl to make it for him. Overall very unhappy with the service at this location.

Why is this Starbucks so damn small? How am I suppose to enjoy my espresso and chocolate croissant in the freezing cold. The service was horrible, no one acknowledged me for 17 minutes, the place was packed, I overheard from other customers that they waited 26 minutes for their mobile order. This Starbucks, located on Broadway and Stowell in Santa Maria, CA, is a popular & busy spot. The store is clean and has a nice seating area, inside & outside, to enjoy your coffee. Their multi-tasking baristas always take the time to say Hi as you enter. The store has a nice refrigerated display filled with delicious options for snacks, meals or drinks. The variety of sales items are neatly displayed in various areas. Your order is quickly taken and any questions are patiently answered with a friendly smile. You don’t have to wait long for your order. The drink is quickly made and it’s always delicious. For those who are on the go, this Starbucks has a drive-thru. Very convenient and the line is never long. I had a tie-dye Frappuccino. It was Yummilicious!!
