It’s pretty ridiculous here. The past 3 times we’ve stopped by this Starbucks it had taken us almost 20 minutes for two drinks.(no modifications regular menu item) We walk in and order and we always have to wait! Meanwhile they just keep pumping out drive thru order after drive thru order. They do not care one but about anyone who walks in it seems.

The drive thru was empty when we walked in, but as cars came they only made drinks for the customers who came through the drive thru first. We were the only people in the lobby and they served us last and had us standing there a long while before taking our order. Once they finally gave us our order (simple iced coffees with cream and syrup) they had no flavor, hardly any ice, and mine had a broken lid so it spilled. Worst service ever at a Starbucks

I love the cherry chai. The inside of this place is super nice and has a very good vibe. The bathrooms are nice and clean. I love outdoor seating. There are so many varieties of merchandise. Enjoy as much as I do!

I’m a customer who pays money into the store by purchasing drinks and pastries and so does my family all the time. Today I called the Front w store to ask if they had there seasonal cranberry bliss bars which are a big hit every year and I get every year we’ll the girl who I spoke to which I wish I got her name said “oh I have several boxes so when you get off work there should be plenty left over when you get off, I said are you sure I get off at 5 from my job she said yes I asked could you just old 1 box as soon as I get off work I’ll be there to get it she said no we don’t hold anything. So then I call the Starbucks over across from rite aid spoke to a very nice guy who said they would hold it so I could buy it from him and he was super nice kind and didn’t hesitate once and said he was sorry from them being like that thank you Starbucks 7029

(Update) Once again tried to go again after months, absolutely Horrible again lol. I was the only car and was there for 10 minutes while the barista thing scanned my app 10 times and still proceed to tell me the coupon on my app wasn’t good. Sat there while she scanned over and over and took 10 other orders. Had another lady come up to fix it. Turns to us says she overrided it with a rude attitude(worst SB ever) Horrible experience all around. Bunch of kids more focused on there personal life then making coffees. Girl at drive through didn’t use my coupon from the app after scanning it. I go in and Gabriel comes to help me. I explain what’s going on and he proceeds to look for my order for 5 minutes even though they just gave me my order, so he can refund me for half my drink which is what the coupon was. Calls another manager up who can’t figure it out either cause I paid in cash……so didn’t get half off, wasted 10 minutes on my way to work, and was met with completely incompetent workers. I would recommend any other Starbucks in town. The people at Vons are amazing and never mess up. Id do zero stars if I could the drink was even very subpar. Gabriel do better, girl at drive through do better, other manager do better.

Great staff, very patient with multiple custom drink orders. Store is very busy could use a few more employees. The atmosphere was nice but not as inviting as other Starbucks, they also did not have music playing, there is more seating outside than in- but it was 101 degrees outside.
