I love Starbucks, I am a regular here that comes w my family of 4 or 5. We came one day and I asked for a drink but they gave me a completely different drink and when I told them they told me they didn’t have the drink I wanted and didn’t even offer a refund or to make another drink. Then I came again today and ordered 4 fraps and they were watered down. I asked for 2 extra pumps of frap roast and it tasted like water and whipped cream! I did not like that experience. I am a usual that comes 4-6 times a week , definitely will not be.

⚠️⚠️Horrible experience, they are always low on whip cream when I try to get a pup cup, what are they working for? As well as this week I went and the drinks were watered down. Starbucks does not care and copies and paste the same messages to everyone. I do not recommend this Starbucks! I recommend the one in Kettleman City! Their employee make the drinks with love, this had to be said.‼️‼️

We had driven from Visalia to Coalinga and we were happy to find the Starbucks conveniently located in town. The only downside to our visit was one of our beverages was forgotten. I had to remind the barista to make it. It was only a Tall Pike’s Place with an extra shop. That was a little frustrating, but the coffee was hot and made just right when we got it.

At this Starbucks, we experienced something that we haven’t experienced at any other Starbucks before, and we did not feel good about it. The service was less than expected. We received incorrect drink size. We ordered our usual drink that we order every time at other Starbucks, but received wrong size. We ordered a Venti, but received grande and When we asked for that to be fixed we received the same, but watered down, in a larger cup. Definitely not expected from Starbucks.

I went to Starbucks on 12/9/24 and the service was disappointing. My friends and I ordered drinks, and she asked for a cup of extra ice. I then asked the employee if stars were used for the order since my app still showed them. After that, the employee gave us one drink and left. I noticed the other cups on the counter. We waited several minutes and were ignored when we tried to get their attention. This made us almost late for our orientation. I hope this can be improved in the future. the lady that attended us was heavy set, i didnt get her name as we were in a hurry to get back. I will definitely not go there again. I have never experienced that bad of customer service.

Very clean, and probably one of the biggest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. They manage to keep the cow smell out of the building very well which is nice – it was particularly potent outside today. I got an iced tea, so that’s hard to mess up but it was perfectly fine regardless.
