This yesterday morning my sister went through the drive-thru and ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with extra caramel syrup and extra whipped cream. Her drink was made correctly — plenty of caramel, plenty of whip, and overall exactly what she paid for. The morning shift did an amazing job.
When I went through the same drive-thru around 8 PM and ordered the exact same drink with the same customizations, the result was completely different. My drink had minimal caramel, barely any whipped cream, and looked rushed and poorly made.
This location closes at 9pm, and it was obvious the night shift was already mentally “closed” and cutting corners. There were no cars in line, so there is no excuse for the lack of effort. Customers who pay the same price should receive the same quality, regardless of the time of day.
This kind of inconsistency should not be happening, especially with paid customizations. The morning shift clearly puts in the effort; the night shift needs to match that standard instead of rushing orders and it wasn’t even close to closing either.

I normally love Starbucks. I was shocked that this location has no bathroom for customers. That seems cruel for the prices we are paying to drink Starbucks. Do not go to this location while you’re traveling.

Service is good no issues at all except that I feel like twice now I’ve gotten whip cream instead of cold foam on my drink because I feel that they run out of stuff and then try to substitute to make it work instead of simply stating that they don’t have any at the moment. My drink taste different with whip cream and I can definitely taste the difference. Not such a huge deal but that fact that they charge extra for cold foam is a little annoying and when you expect consistency from your drink and it switches up without notice is kind of a bummer.

I love this Starbucks. Every time I go I get what I ordered and I get it quick. The staff is always nice except for one. Don’t know her name but she is rude. Didn’t see her name tag. One employee o do know and know my order and is very friendly is Willow. I will always come back as Willow make my morning and know what I order.

I can’t leave a zero star because it’s not an option but they have horrible customer service. Their workers are very lazy and get annoyed with their customers if they order an extra drink. I rather drive an extra few minutes and go to the one by the 58.

What happen with GOOD MORNING ! I’ll be right with you?!? Total of 4 employees and and maybe 2 cars outside ! And not one said anything just kept looking am me like if I was lost ??? You can not assume that am picking up a mobile order !! If that was the case don’t you think I’ll grab my drink and go ???! Specifically when am staying for a good minute looking at you ??? Pretty new so yeah drinks are decent enough. workers are sweet I’ve only had good experience from them. People with bad experiences probably have bad attitudes that reflect in the service. yk if it smells bad all day, maybe check your shoe and see if you stepped in something
