Just placed a mobile order from this restaurant something I’ve done countless times before. Spent over 20 minutes in a drive thru line that wasn’t moving at all, only to get to the speaker and be told that they no longer do mobile orders throught the drive thru. Absolutely NO SIGNAGE!!! no signage about this ridiculous policy change. So I had to leave the line go out to the main road go back to the red light to turn around and go back as there is no way to cross back over easily. The crew was very kind in the only way the could be when faced with a pissed off customer and I have no complaints about the people themselves however the fact that I wasted over half and hour trying to get food that should have taken 10 minutes and again NO signage!!! So done with this place never going back.

We come here.. sadly.. a lot lol and just had the best experience! Flavorful food and everything was fresh. The guy at the counter “Rob” was super friendly and helpful. He went above and behond and I’m only doing this review because how well we were treated. He greeted us as soon as we came in the door and offered assistance with the menu and has been a while since I’ve had this good of an experience at a fast food place! Thanks Rob!

Dinning room was in need of being swept, several tables needed to be cleaned, the soda fountain was trashed (which I cleaned up). I asked if someone would come clean the table we wanted to sit at…..no one came out! We were there for 25 minutes waiting for food to be put in the oven.
This is NOT the atmosphere I am accustomed to at KFC.
I was not greeted, there were NO suggestions on the menu, no impulse buy questions, such as a desserts. We were not even asked if our order was for there or to go. Everything was just placed in a bag and that was it.
I had to repeat my order 3 times. It was different on the receipt than what I ordered. So I am not sure if I was over charged or not?!
I was disappointed with the entire trip. Pretty sure I won’t return any time soon.

Start to finish, whole experience was 25-30 minutes. Staff was not communicative and rude to each other. Food was okay but not for the wait and not for the price. Try pop eyes just down the road.

Every time we are down there we stop. Food is great and so is the service. This last time we was there they was short on wings so they added few extra breast and extra biscuits to make up for it. I can’t say anything bad about this KFC.

$30 for an 8 piece meal is outrageous. Had no extra crispy. The breats were so dry, they were inedible. The gravy was like drywall paste. Don’t go here very often, and it will be a long time before I go again.

Hardly any food and the food is old. More gravy than mashed potatoes. Green beans are soggy. The biscuit is so hard it crumbles. Chicken is dried out. Give it time this place will be closed with such service. Wasted 15 dollars for the trash. Don’t waste your time and money.

The food we ordered on October 10th, 2025 was so salty that it was painful to eat. We ordered an add on of original chicken that we did not get. The food was so salty that one point the Dead Sea called to file a lawsuit for copyright infringement. It shouldn’t hurt to eat food. Tone it down on the salt for the love of everything holy.
