Horrible customer service! I got a venti caramel macchiato and it tasted liked milk and coffee. I went back no apology, pure entitled and do you want something else instead? No sense of urgency, never coming to this crappy establishment again.

Whoever was working at 5:18pm on Wednesday April 16th what the actual heck happened to my drinks I ordered two mango dragon fruit drinks with lemonade and the both were very light in color and tasted so light as if they were made with water and the girl that attended me was so rude literally worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks never coming here again.

Spend 7 dollars for a venti coffee, which I did not get I got the cup but my coffee was a little above half full and most of it was froth milk like really might as well of gotten a grande. DO BETTER!

I work at the hospital and only get 15 min for break. I ordered ahead but the lobby was close and the drive through line was insane. 3 cars sticking out on both directions. When I called to let the associate know I wouldn’t be able to pick up, he kindly offered to walk my order out for me. I believe his name was Josh. Thank you so much, it’s truly appreciated.

Online and on app it says they close at 1am if they do close the inside at 8am it should say that on the door but that is no where to be found Starbucks do better I saw like 5 people get off their car passed 8pm and try to order in person but it was closed indoor. At least put a sign.
