I ordered through the mobile app and I waited 10 minutes to get my food. I was just about to go in and just get it myself. The chicken nuggets were old and cold. I thought that ordering off the mobile app was supposed to be convenient and faster. The lady in the car next to me waited longer for her food she went inside to get it finally. I was not jappy at all, having to wait 10mins then having my food come out old and cold!

I stopped in to this store and waited at the front counter for at least five minutes before someone even addressed me. I was told to use the kiosk even though the register was open. Everyone had a rude demeanor and seemed more interested in cleaning than taking care of the customers. There are plenty of places I can go and receive better service. This place and the people who staff it are nothing special.

The manager “Mike” is the worst Store manager that i’ve ever talked with, he was a rude and said he didn’t understand me even when i was speaking clearly and slowly. This place needs a new Store Manager ASAP. If i could Give it a -100 i Would.

Was told to F&*% off today at your drive-thru. Came in and the worker was again rude. As an employee you are held to a higher standards than a customer. You can’t tell someone to f off and than try acting like you’re gonna come out from behind the counter and do what? Get McDonald’s sued for assault? Cause that’s what would of happened. Jail time for you? Indeed. At the very and I mean very least you should be fired and told to move on from the food service industry. I will be contacting corporate tmrw. Probably the best McDonalds I’ve been to since before the pandemic. The afternoon staff were great, they were incredibly fast and efficient. Not to mention they were very polite and did not freak out when we asked at the window to use our app code. Great work y’all !

Took 5 minutes just to say welcome to McDonald’s through the drive thru had to repeat three different times that I wanted 2 orders of hotcakes only(6 total pancakes). The woman kept telling me they come with 3 in each. I told her I know at least 4 times. Otherwise, no complaints. I would suggest at speaking and asking the customer to hold on for a second instead of having someone sitting there for minutes thinking you’re not open with cars lining up. This is fast food through drive-thru l, not dine-in at a regular restaurant.

Guys……. If you aren’t sure how to feel about McDonald’s yet, firstly congratulations from escaping from the compound. Secondly this is a fast-food Burger chain where you will be able to get the same food in Japan, Germany, and Minnesota. So give it a try, see if you like it, and if so, you have a safe place to eat when traveling abroad if you are particularly picky
