Staff is not friendly, especially tall guy with beard. Was being ignored for a couple minutes. Also ordered coffee with sugars and staffed told me that i can serve myself at table (with a bad attitude)

I was informed that waters are now only available with a purchase. Rules change, cool, but when that purchase is $4.75 for a small refresher and it looks and tastes like pink water? Super disappointed. I even told Mo at the window that the drink looked like water and she told me that their juice had changed and now that drink naturally looks lighter. That’s a really funny way to say that you didn’t add a drop of lemonade, after already not having the berries for the drink. And honestly, I could care less about this little drink that will not impact more of my time than it takes to write this, but it’s the concept. We’ve all seen a strawberry acai refresher, right? If customers are required to make a purchase for waters now, at least make sure the purchase they get is what they ask for? I don’t think that’s asking for too much.

I went to this Starbucks drive thru and was attended by a short black hair clear glasses woman like around her 40s and was not attending me good. I clearly asked for a venti Dubai matcha, it was my first drink and she gave me a grande. She said she charged me for a grande and I asked for a venti. Besides that she was really rude and awkward. Such a waste of time.

The staff at this place are extremely high-and-mighty—they barely speak a word. When they finish making your drink, they just leave it there, and no one lets you know it’s ready. You’re left waiting until you can’t stand it and have to go get it yourself.

Great service and fast drive thru line. Parking lot for this location only is surprisingly huge. Is a big place. For large geoups is a great place for meeting and have a cup of coffee.

This is a gorgeous Starbucks that is kept impeccably clean. They also have a 10 person meeting room that is reserved only for employee use. This particular build reinvented a Denny’s restaurant that was formerly at this location. It is spacious, and the service is friendly and prompt.

Very bright sunlight just the way I like it. Clean inside and out. Very clean restrooms inspite of fairly heavy traffic thought the day. Outstanding customer service with a smile and came around later with FREE SAMPLE Marshmallow treats!! Excellent place to get outside the box to do some work. Surprisingly great.

I like the way they handled a person in transition who just became a little too comfortable spreading out to much and overstayed his time and was trying to set up his own campsite in the place.whicj made some.guest a little uncomfortable.
It was resolved very diplomatically in getting the person to leave.
I’d recommend this place to grab a cup and unwind while.working if needed very spacious didn’t feel cramped like some other SBuks. Great tables and spacing.

Today (6/29) at 2:46 PM, I visited this Starbucks with my 5-year-old daughter and elderly mother while traveling from LAX. We went in needing to use the restroom first, but there was a code lock on the door.
My elderly mother politely asked the staff member for the code so we could wash our hands. Instead of simply explaining the policy, the employee was rude and abrupt, repeatedly cutting us off and insisting we couldn’t have the code until we ordered. This left my mother confused and uncomfortable.
I quickly placed an order for a shaken horchata coffee and an extra cup of ice. As soon as my payment went through, the staff member shouted the bathroom code at me (44234) and then yelled “You’re welcome” in a sarcastic tone as I walked away.
We waited over 10 minutes for my coffee order and when I picked it up the lady said I never ordered an extra cup of ice. This was confusing because she also repeated my coffee order back to me when I paid.
I understand businesses have rules about restroom use for customers, but there was no reason for the disrespectful attitude, especially toward an elderly customer. It was an unpleasant and disappointing experience.

I’m leaving a review for this one and just did for another local Starbucks location. They are no longer what they used to be. The workers have been rude to me previous times, now they don’t let us be in and innocently charge our phones or use the restroom or get iced water without having to buy something and pay for the ice water cup. They harass us about either needing to make a purchase or we can’t be here and they don’t leave us be when we’re not even doing anything. Last time at this one, they would not stop harassing us, we were trying to figure out $10 from a family member and they wouldn’t stay off us. And a blonde hair female worker was discriminating us because of my assistance dog who was in her carrier and not even doing anything. I already made a complaint about it for this one to Starbucks customer service. They have really gone downhill and they’re no longer the friendly, warm, welcoming environment. I will try to avoid Starbucks as much as possible after this and I don’t even want their products anymore. So be prepared to be treated like crap by the workers if you want to innocently charge your phone, use the restroom or get water otherwise problems and stress with them. They will no longer see my money or me having their products
