The person taking the order at the drive through yesterday seemed quite distracted. And they got my order wrong. The cup was labeled a Double tall latte but they gave me Peppermint mocha instead in that. Unfortunately we had already left the place we tried the drink. Had to go to another Starbucks just to get a tall latte.

How hard is it to make an iced coffee with very light cream?
Not hard at all. As a previous partner I know my order is as almost simple as it gets. Yet this location decided to give me what looked more like a cup of iced milk. The atmosphere and demeanor of the baristas is very unapproachable. The cafe smelled awful which is surprising considering it’s a coffee shop.
The other reviews should have been a warning but I honestly thought it couldn’t be THAT bad. Well it was. Zero stars if I could but in order to warn others, one it is.

Would rate 0 stars if that was an option. I came in this morning through drive-thru for a venti iced pecan crunch oatmilk latte. I was given a grande and my drink was missing the foam and pecan crunch topping. When I mentioned to the barista at the window she gave me an attitude about it. This is the first and last time I order from this location.

Inside is clean but VERY cold. Hobos often outside. Staff is great. Restroom no code and clean. Drive through is always fast. Love this location.

The “baristas” can’t make a proper Americano (in a personal cup) to save their lives. I ordered on two different occasions, with different “baristas,” and both came out diluted. I might as well be drinking water with a bit of coffee. I’ll take the extra time to go to a further location going forward.

This Starbucks is very busy traffic winds around almost onto Lincoln something really needs to be done. I frequent this place only because it’s close to my home. Service is great depending on who’s at the window I like the drive-thru. The only thing that I’ve received my coffee lukewarm like bath water I don’t want to say every time. And I’m sure they get complaints about it being too hot as well I’ve had that too. But I also think that they should gauge the heat on the cups and whether it is lukewarm bath water or too hot. That’s my one gripe other than that service is great again like I said depending on who’s at the window the majority of them are wonderful. And for the person who answered the phone with “hello” instead of saying hello this is Starbucks how may I help you? ” coffee maybe a little exercise on answering it properly. And then I asked how will we handle my lukewarm coffee in the future and all that was said was I’ll talk to them. I was expecting to at least say come back in we’ll give you a new hot cup of coffee. But no that was not the case and is why I’m leaving a three-star review.

Decent coffee, been here a couple time first time a bunch of high schoolers, they was polite and wasn’t like what you expected high schoolers to be. Staff was kind and commutative.

Starbucks at this one and another one (I will do a review for the other one separately) are no longer what they used to be. The workers have been rude to me previous times, now they don’t let us be in here innocently charge our phones or use the restroom or get iced water without having to buy something and pay for the ice water cup. They harass us about either needing to make a purchase or we can’t be here and they don’t leave us be when we’re not even doing anything. And I already made a complaint about it for the other one to Starbucks customer service. They have really gone downhill and they’re no longer the friendly, warm, welcoming environment. I will try to avoid Starbucks as much as possible after this and I don’t even want their products anymore
