I had a great experience at Starbucks. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. My latte was rich and perfectly balanced, and the barista was friendly and attentive. The service was a bit slow during peak hours, but the quality of the drinks and the comfortable seating made up for it. Overall, a consistently enjoyable place to visit.

I recently visited the Starbucks in downtown Santa Ana, and it was a great experience! The location is perfect, nestled right in the heart of downtown, making it a convenient stop for both locals and visitors. The ambiance inside is warm and inviting, with good decor and plenty of seating. Whether you’re looking to grab a quick coffee or settle in to get some work done, this Starbucks has the perfect vibe.

The staff here are friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. My order was prepared quickly, and the quality was good. The baristas took the time to ensure everything was made to my liking. Only negative point was that the store was not very clean.

What really stood out was the outdoor seating area, which offers a great view of the bustling downtown streets—perfect for people-watching or just relaxing with a coffee.

“I’ve been getting outright ‘poisoned’, murderously, right in front of all the other customers, seemingly everyday, for over two years now!!?”
(They nearly just ruptured my Achille’s again!!)

I was disappointed with my experience today regarding the restroom access. While I was purchasing our drinks, my parents needed to use the restroom. They asked the employee for the code, but the code was given in an unwilling manner and with a visibly annoyed expression. On top of that, my parents had difficulty hearing the code clearly, and the five-digit length makes it challenging for elderly individuals to remember and enter quickly.

This made the café feel not very accessible or welcoming to older customers, especially those who may need to use the restroom urgently. The process should be simple, respectful, and supportive.

Additionally, the outdoor tables were not cleaned, which further contributed to an unpleasant visit.

I’m a paying customer. Don’t tell me that the restrooms are down. I know for a fact that are working. I saw an employee go in. Just say due to the event we are not allowing access to the rest room. I had my 6 year needing to go and had to go some were else even though I got drinks and pastries. Don’t be rude and just be honest. I won’t be coming here again

ALEX this review is for you

Very disappointing experience at this location. When I walked in you seemed upset that you had to stop cleaning to take my order and gave off a fake, sarcastic “happy” attitude without even a smile. As someone like me who has worked in customer service for over 18 years, I know how important genuine hospitality is, and this was the opposite. You weren’t paying attention to my order , You got two things wrong on my order, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I didn’t even bother going back to correct it because the experience was already ruined. Sadly, this completely ruined my mood, I will not be returning to this location.

Ordered a vanilla bean frap and there’s huge chinks of ice in my frap. The guy that serviced me was nice and respectful

I would give zero stars to the staff here if I could. I ordered three simple items:
1. A brown sugar oat milk latte (specifically requesting oat milk due to lactose intolerance),
2. A salted caramel cold brew *with no ice*, and
3. A banana bread.

What I received was a regular milk latte — completely disregarding my dietary restriction — a cold brew overloaded with ice, and a banana bread that took nearly 20 minutes to heat.

We’re visiting from Canada for competitions, and after a week of intense hard work, we just wanted to treat ourselves to a good coffee experience. Instead, we paid for a careless, frustrating one. It was incredibly disappointing, and frankly, we expected much better. Do customers really deserve this kind of treatment?
