Got Starbucks today with their passion ice tea as a refreshing drink and then ordered a few other items for later. My wife wanted a cappuccino and I got a cafe misto. The drinks are always fantastic. We also picked up a few of their snowman ⛄️ holiday cookies which are dangerously good. Excellent customer service. Chill ambiance.

David had worst customer service I’ve ever received. I walked in just to use the bathroom. David said the bathroom is customers only. So I just asked for the smallest cup of coffee. I’m not a coffee drinker so I don’t know the sizes. He charged me for the largest size of coffee but gave it in the smallest size cup. I didn’t know any better but had gotten the coffee for a friend just because I needed to use the bathroom and they told me I got ripped off. The lady with black hair was nicer though

Pretty nice Starbucks in Mission Viejo! It’s off the I-5 so it is a very convenient coffee stop. I came in on a Thursday in the morning and it was quite busy. I would recommend doing a mobile order for this store, if you want to save some time. Unfortunately, there is no drive thru so you have to park and walk in to get your order as well. Other than that, the store itself is very clean and well kept. The employees were very nice and polite when I interacted with them.

As usual Starbucks is nice, no complaints. We were going to San Diego and this is great spot to get a break and coffee, also midway from LA.
You have gas station as well so it will be nice to fill up gas tank and coffee.

The baristas at this location are outstanding, always friendly and accommodating, even with my specific requests. They provide excellent service and the store looks amazing. The location is great and it’s worth a visit. Be aware though, the mobile ordering system may not always work, but don’t blame the baristas for it. It’s a tough location to park because it is off the freeway. Be careful driving here
