It’s pretty frustrating spending all this money on a drink and for it to not be filled up all the way. This has been happening recently and frequently. Idk who works there weekend mornings but paying $8 for a drink that’s not even full feels like robbery. Train your staff more and think would I want this drink if I paid this money for it. Jeez

This place is CLOSED!!!

The most important thing you need to know is that there hasn’t been a Starbucks here for over a month. I come by every week, hoping to find it back, but so far, no luck.

Right now, the inside looks empty and a bit rundown, like it’s under renovation, but I’ve never actually seen any work going on.

Before, it used to be a great Starbucks.

My favorite Starbucks to go to in our area 🙂 service is always timely and the food/ drinks taste great. One of the baristas in particular (Jude!) is very personable and kind. He even told me he’d pray for me as I was miserable and 9 months pregnant. My 4 year old and I are at this location at least once a week.

They are always so friendly. I love the messages they right on the cups. My favorite coffees are light coffees like the Pumpkin spice latte and lavender latte. The pink drink and refreshers are really good as well.

Today, I visited Starbucks and, unfortunately, experienced very poor customer service. I ordered a matcha latte and emphasized multiple times that I did not want it sweet or with sugar. The employee, whose name was Rachel, acknowledged my request. However, it took 15 minutes for my order to be prepared, which was unusually long.

When I finally received my drink and tasted it, I was surprised to find that it was very sweet. I had specifically asked for it with coconut milk and no added sweetness. When I brought this to Rachel’s attention, he informed me that the coconut milk contained sweetener, which I found frustrating because I had clearly stated I wanted a sugar-free drink.

The employee’s attitude was dismissive and rude. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he said, “What can I do for you? I cannot do anything; you can talk to my manager,” which left me feeling unheard and upset.

This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope Starbucks takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure clearer communication about their products.

First time here as I’m not from this area . Service was horrible , baristas were not attentive at all . Within 3 minutes of being inside i had 3 people tell me the service was horrible and that they’re always this was along with being a filthy establishment. As I was in line the barista was going back and forth with another customer , not one person even said “one moment we’ll be with you” or anything . They didn’t appear to be understaffed either . Horrible attitudes and I asked for two straws and got huffed and puffed at by the employee . Drinks and food were good but other than that the experience was bad .
