I don’t know if my earlier critical reviews of this place made a difference, but this restaurant has really up’d its game !!! This place has gone from being one of the worst Asian restaurants in Marysville, to being one of the best… in fact, I would now rate it as in the top 20% (for flavor & quality) of Asian restaurants in central Ohio.

The servers have become more friendly and the their food has improved immensely.

The Chicken Hot and Sour Soup is very unique, flavorful and delicious, and was one of the best parts of my meal.

I’ll keep trying things on the menu till I find the best choices.

I ordered this through DoorDash. It was awful. The only thing my family thought was decent was the rice. Sweet and sour chicken was way overcooked and hard. Wonton soup tasted like dirty sick water. Egg rolls were ok.

The restaurant had good service, nice atmosphere. The food was good but spicier than I liked. For not requesting extra spicy, I found it very flavorful but hotter than I would have liked. The portion was large and I ate all the leftovers I brought home, so although I would have preferred a less spicy version it was still tasty.

We have always ordered the chicken sticks because they are amazing. We ordered last night and they just did not taste like they did prior. Was just curious if you changed your process or if it was just a one off. Tasted like cooked in vinegar. Still love this place and will continue to order but maybe not chicken sticks anymore if they’ve changed. Please let me know and thanks.

Good quality food for a reasonable price. We got two entrees and two egg rolls. Both were good and we took home half of the meal! Service was a bit slow for my taste (also because including our group of 6 there were only 10 people eating here). I’d go back again for sure.

Food: 6/10
I ordered the Gyoza appatizer and the Beef w/Broccoli entree.

Appetizer came quickly. The presentation was nice and the ingredients tasted fresh and savory. The salad that came with it didn’t do anything for me and was relatively plain tasting.

The entree was a bit on the small side; it would likely only feed one to two people. I felt that the sauce was a bit on the heavy side and the broccoli was slightly undercooked. The rice that came with it was mealy tasting and detracted from the overall meal.

Drinks: 0/10
Although there were signs for beer apparently they are currently not serving it. This in itself is not a reason for a zero score, however the fountain drink mix was also off leading to poor taste as well.

Please don’t advertise alcohol if you do not serve it. It comes across as disingenuous.

Atmosphere: 6/10
The place was very clean, well lit, and comfortable. My main concern was with the choices of media. While I was there, they were playing very downbeat country music, which was honestly kind of depressing when trying to eat dinner. In contrast to this were the TVs on the wall showing game shows. The net effect was that of a family style country western Asian restaurant, which is a first for me.

Overall: 4/10
If you’re looking for a place to grab some food with a large group, this might not be a bad choice.

Great, authentic selection compared to most small town Asian joints. Chinese, Japanese, Thai, etc. Can’t think of a time I’ve been disappointed, teriyaki and Ma Po tofu are my favorites.

Ordered door dash delivery. General tsos was marinated in super glue and breaded in rubber bands. Thanks I hate it.

I’m being hyperbolic. But yeah that’s the worst “chicken” I’ve ever had in my life. Total trash.

To their credit, they are a Japanese restaurant and I ordered a very generic American Chinese dish. But China wok is closed on Mondays so that wasn’t an option. But if you can’t do it right take it off the menu.

My husband and I love this place for our date night. Really good, fresh food with good prices. The service is also good. I love the dragon and California rolls. I ordered the dragon roll with the most soup. When my plate came out, it had the California roll too – on the house! What’s not to love!? The Sizzling Shrimp was fantastic the time before this. The shrimp is large and plentiful. Can’t beat the price of it!! Hope to try one of the hibachi dishes in the future.

Overall good, mixed results. The first time we ate here the food was great, service was great. The second time we had carryout and the place was super busy and the food was mediocre, but they appeared to be understaffed and overwhelmed so I’ll give them a pass.

They have an excellent selection of Asian cuisine with traditional take out fare, hibachi, and sushi. They have also done a great job renovating. Both visits my service was good. Well be going back again I’m sure.
