I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew, and Chris demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, strong product knowledge, and a clear commitment to quality. Instead of preparing the drink too early and letting it sit, he waited until I arrived to pour the nitro, ensuring the beverage maintained its intended texture and foam. As you know, nitro drinks can quickly lose their signature foam and smoothness if they sit for even a few minutes, which significantly affects the customer experience.
Chris’s decision to time the preparation properly made a noticeable difference in the quality of the drink, and it reflects a high level of professionalism and care. This is exactly the kind of thoughtful execution that builds customer trust and loyalty.

Stop here 4 to 5 times a week. It tends to be pretty busy between 730-9am when I stop by during the week.Everybody here is always so friendly. The drinks are always spot on and they always greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Marianne always has a smile on her face when she greets you. Stop by and order a drink. Try it off yourself. Tell me how you like it.

This Starbucks in 17th and Newport blvd I do like. However, their parking is not the best as I sometimes can run late due to scarce parking at this location. Other than that, i do enjoy coming here because they do get their mobile orders out in a timely manner.

Every time I visit this location I receive great customer service. I would like to thank Kelsi for being such a positive and kind Starbucks employee. The only downside I can think of is the parking lot which is a little cramped.

Went there for the second time and they were super friendly. The girl with short purple hair was very friendly and she went above and beyond to draw a little unicorn on my daughters cup for her . The guy with the face mask that has the day of the dead is also very friendly. Exceptional customer service here

It’s Starbucks. I don’t know if it’s possible to have a negative experience at _any_ Starbucks. Staff if pleasant, welcomes you when you walk in, knowledgeable about their products. They’re happy to customize your order to exactly as you want it and barring being utterly slammed (which can happen from time to time) they are quick and efficient. I may or may not bleed Starbucks green, but I’m not biased.

I come here really early in the morning to get my coffee for a go to work and everybody is really nice. the mornings can be a bit rushed with the traffic and parking, but be patient and you will get a parking spot.
