Friendly and fast service. My two stars is because I STRONGLY disliked the cheese, which I suspect is a feature rather than a failing. They did a good job; I just didnt like the product.

Bought a chef salad received a house salad then the pizza didn’t look right nor did it taste right. They said they would replace it. We drove up there and the next 1 looked the same as the first one. Ended up leaving without either one. Basically $45 dollar house salad “yummy!!!” Worst Imos experience ever. Will never go to this Imos ever again after 7 yrs.

One of the worst Imos locations around. Terrible staff, terrible service. On one occasion a delivery driver nearly backed into me in the parking lot. Another ocassion they dropped my pizza on the floor when I arrived to pick up, and just today they gave me the wrong food. The wrong food was even dumped over in the container…. I’m done giving these guys second chances.

Imos pizza at Warson and Page in west Saint Louis county…
extra large thin crust pizza with mushrooms and hamburger, that is all. 1st pizza a disaster, looked like soup, Cook acused Me of not keeping it flat, but I did keep it respectfully flat. He also blamed the ingredient, hamburger for oils in the sauce. I guess high fat hamburger being used. He took orders and cooked the pizza. very low overhead on a saturday afternoon… He had time to peek out the door to see if I would drive away… imagine that! when I got to the door, He was right there at the door. I complained about the Imos pizza, He made another one, it was also bad. very bad for the Imos brand name!
I mean, it is how communist china makes pizza!

Half the time they get the order wrong, other half they outsource the delivery to DoorDash and comes cold. Order from another location if you can.
