Love this location , the staff always so nice and helpful, I have never had a bad experience in this location, there is a closer one close to my home yet I rather make the drive to come to this one because the customer service here is way better. There is no drive thru though, but definitely recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been coming to this Starbucks since I moved here about 3 years ago. I have always come to study, but today’s experience has made me realize that I will not be coming back to this location. I walked in and I was just expecting to get a water and maybe later get a coffee if I was feeling up for it. So, when I came in and I answered one of the employees if I could do a water. She quickly answered “oh did you purchase something?” We only give water to those who paid or make an online purchase.” I haven’t been to a Starbucks in a while but I did not know that I, now have to pay for water. So I just laughed because I never been rejected for a cup of water before and said no but okay. I proceeded to seat down at one of the tables before other employee ( with red braid hair) Very rudely I might add. Says ” you have to be a paid customer to sit in here.” Again I was taken back because I have never heard that before. I replied ” are you being serious?”. At this point I was flustered and confused and answered ” okay I will do a mobile order.” I placed it and a couple moments later she rudely said ” so are you going to order something”. I understand that maybe some people come in and don’t purchase anything but there is free wifi and a quiet place for me to study at. I did purchase a strawberry acai that I did not even drink because I did not even want it. To top it off it was super watered down. I have never been to a Starbucks so rude and pressuring me to buy something. NEVER AGAIN.

I understand that Starbucks has to protect their bathrooms but this one went a little bit too far. Walked in looked at the menu trying to decide on where we’re ordering and we’re going to order from our app, but I needed to use the restroom and ask for the code and Nathan said are you going to be making a purchase and I said well of course I am and then he did NOT give me the code and continue to work with the lady at the register. If you want to go there go, I’ll never stop in this store again!

Ordered two hot white mochas with no whip for my parents, and they left a 2 inch space in both drinks. No whip doesn’t mean leave a huge space, it means fill the drink to the top.

I really liked this place before I met an old lady named Nancy. I really hated her racist attitude. I am Asian and she was always rude and condescending to me and my friends. My relatives and friends all had bad experiences with her. That made us not want to come back to this place. The times I went there without her, everything was perfect for me. Without her, I would give more than 5 stars. As for her, 1 star is too much, even too much for her. Treat everyone with respect, at least your customers.
