Disappointed. I was excited for my first pumpkin latte of the season, and when I got to work and opened it up BEFORE I EVEN TOOK A SIP it looked like this. The amount was so low. Made sense why it felt so light weight when the lady handed it to me at the drive thru. And I was also given no receipt, so I wasn’t able to have proof of my transaction. :/ it honestly didn’t even taste good how the pumpkin lattes usually do. Not sure what happened here 🙁

Management needs to give their staff a raise because they are amazing. I came in here at 5:28 AM and was so great about this place.
I decided to enjoy my coffee and my impossible sandwich in Starbucks and they brought out an actual porcelain bug and plate. How cool ! Coffee and sandwich were delicious.

Today Friday,October 13 at 7:30 the barista and the girl in the drive thru gave terrible service . I’m paying for a drink of $8 to get something that taste like water. I ask the girl if they could change it and they made a new one but worst than the first one and they way she gave it to me was if it she was pissed, the other girl was mad bc she made it again.Like they are getting payed and I’m paying for my drink to get done right not a refresher is going to be tasteless.its like drinking water for the both I brought. This girls are new I used to go everyday and the other are amazing and do there work right but not this two.

This location has some pretty bad reviews, so I gotta come through with four stars for them. The girl who took more order was personable enough and answered my questions, and my drink seemed to come out without much time passing, though it wasn’t busy. This was a Friday night around 6:30, so I suggest visiting then.

Tell me why I come here sometimes 3 times a week I order the same drink every time. Anyways I order a shaken brown sugar oat milk espresso. It’s never a full espresso bottom and I proceeded to tell the person through the drive thru that it should not look like this. He told me I was wrong and it’s because I have a small amount of ice. No I told him they literally look like they just put the espresso in and then the ice then the oat milk on top.
A SHAKEN ESPRESSO SHOULD NOT LOOK LIKE A WHOLE ESPRESSO SHOT IS AT THE BOTTOM.
He then didn’t try to remake my drink I am now going to another Starbucks to ask if this drink looks right let’s see what they say….
It’s irritating because this Starbucks with how they make their drinks don’t have as much sales as they used to because frankly THEY don’t make the damn drinks right anymore, my whole family doesn’t even go there anymore because again THEY GET LAZY TO MAKE YOUR DRINK RIGHT AND GET IRRITATED WHEN YOU TRY TO TELL THEM THEYRE WRONG.
by the way there was a man at the window and I got my drink at 5:17pm when there’s 5 people before me I the drive thru it easily should’ve taken 3-4 minutes longer…

I had a really bad experience at this Starbucks. The service was slow and unhelpful, and my drink made it even worse. I ordered a matcha latte, and it was honestly disgusting — clumpy, bitter, and not mixed properly. For the price I paid, I expected at least decent quality, but this was the worst matcha I’ve had. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I think that the person that alot of these posts are referring to is the same person that I had a negative experience with today. His name supposedly is Allen (his name tag was smudged and not legible and thats what he told me when i asked his name). I’ll explain the situation and you be the judge. At 8/31 around 4pm I stopped in for water (after having purchases a coffee here earlier in the day) since it was super hot out. I walk up to the counter after having thrown my coffee cup away and “Allen” very rudely refuses me a water cup and tells me to go stand in line (mind you im the only customer inside the restaurant…) The lady who was working the drive through (really nice and fantastic customer service from when I came there earlier) tells him, “he was here earlier, just give him his water cup” and Allen asks “are you sure?”…like what the heck? Its 90 degrees out and youre going to refuse and go back and forth over a water cup? I am not sure if this was a discrimination based refusal (I hate to think that way) or something but it was really weird. He then reluctantly gave me a water cup and I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I hope management has a conversation with this person because he has obviously negatively impacted the lives of many loyal starbucks customers. To the lady who was working the drive through, thank you for being so kind and advocating for me in a moment like this.
