“Nat” or Natalie in the front was horrible not only to guest but her staff as well, yelling at employees as I could hear it echo in the cafe. Very unprofessional. No one should yell at staff in a horrible tone. She seemed unfriendly and unenthusiastic to work there, especially when taking my order, rushed me through and I usually get asked for a for here cup when I work here on my computer in cafe. She never asked and never smiled. I give grace especially when it’s busy but I come later in the day around 2pm so I would expect a better attitude from a leader especially at Starbucks. I’m not bothered so much of the way she interacted with me but the way she horribly yelled at a fellow team member that really left her team and people in cafe quiet and stunned. Really left a bad taste in my mouth, thankfully the barista made an amazing drink that saved my mood. Sad to say I might switch to a different store because the vibes were just off in the whole building from that incident, I would rather choose a different store then witness borderline verbal abuse that changes my happy mood and day.

This location has terrible baristas and terrible customer service. I placed a simple mobile order for grande iced matcha with cold foam and received 3/4 cold foam and 1/4 matcha. And this drink full of cold foam took them over 20 mins to make (1st pic shown). I asked if I could have this remade and the Asian barista tries to mansplain that this is their new policy on how the drinks are made in venti cups. I told him that’s odd because I’ve been to several nearby locations this past week and I have never been served a drink that looked like this. He then goes to say well those locations are still making them the old way. I placed my drink next to a grande matcha that was on the counter and showed him the obvious amount of matcha that was missing from my drink and he said he can remake it. The second picture posted is what was placed on the counter seconds later. He just shook up my drink and that was him “remaking it”. I hardly leave reviews but I was disgusted with my experience at this location.

Today is raining and I asked my husband to get me the mint majesty tea. They gave him the honey citrus mint tea. He said he was clear with saying my exact order making sure he said “MINT MAJESTY”. Whoever made this order @1:24pm clearly does not do orders correctly for some reason and shouldn’t be working the drive thru. Next time I order my favorite tea I will make sure to stay there till they correct my order. Unacceptable

The place looked like a courthouse witch gave me a bad vibe, I went in and they had flys in the food display… I was grossed out, I did not want to even drink the water they had.
So I went on the internet and googled flys on display, and this is hella nasty but I guess it is a problem for Starbuck. A lot of people are saying the same thing.

Look at my receipt! Watch out for they may try to charge you extra if you don’t pay attention. Yesterday! One of the baristas charged me additional $0.70 cents. When I asked for my receipt, she wasn’t happy but she eventually printed it out and the $0.70 was added for the coffee cream. When I asked if starbucks has now started charging for coffee cream, she replied, “typically no” in a reluctant and unhappy manner, without apologizing, indicating to me that it was not a human error.

I don’t really give Starbucks a negative review but this is the first time that I get a drink that looks like this ( see attached pictures) now i don’t know if they accidentally dropped the drink while making it but if that’s the case I think that that they should have made me a new drink. If I’m not satisfied with the product I’m getting I usually have the person fix it, wouldn’t you?, but in this case I was sort of in a rush. Besides that customer service was not that bad considering it was during busy hours.
