Just an FYI if you complain about something the baristas will try to justify how it is not their fault and explain their way out of accountability. I bought a nitro cold brew and they gave me foam with a bit of coffee. I called to explain to them my dissatisfaction about paying for foam. All the barista did was explain how it was not her fault I was so frustrated I just hung up. I wasn’t looking for a refund I was just letting them know to watch out for the future. Part of customer service is making sure the customer is receiving a good order. Apparently that doesn’t matter at this location. Slow, unorganized, lots of employees just hanging around not being effective. Ordered mobile pick up that was supposed to be ready by 12:16pm. Then app notifies that it was. Comes 12:30pm, the drink is still not ready or made. Was told it was still being worked on. However, this is unacceptable. It appears they prioritized drive thru over in store or mobile pick up. It was absolutely upsetting. Service needs to improve.

Don’t let Stephanie help you at this location as she will grab your debit card right out of your hand when your paying. Stephanie needs retraining on customer service as you never grab a customer’s card out of their hand.

As a Regular customer I was shocked, Mad , Disappointed that the Manager(Stephanie) from this store treats her employees very very low As I witness this Horrible hostile environment I really wonder how they get treated on a daily basis I will be contacting the district manager soon to address way more I have witnessed the day i went into the store to grab my Mobil order my drink wasn’t ready which I had no issues and she made sure mine was last to make since she was prioritizing drive thru and basically yelling at the person making food cause they didn’t have the food for drive thru mind you I didn’t mind waiting but waiting 22 min for one drink and having to witness this store manager and others demanding for the front bar to make their drive thru drinks was outrageous.

I enjoy coming to this Starbucks, I’ve been to a few in this City and this by far is the best. The staff greet me when I come in and they have fast service. I always order a Iced caramel macchiato with no ice and I get a full cup. I love that and am grateful for the friendly staff. This Starbucks makesy order the best. The few times I went to another my macchiato tasted different. The restaurant is clean and I will always come to this one.
