I ordered an espresso drink with some customizations and they were so rude at the window and my drink tasted like burnt coffee and a splash of milk. Wasn’t even the right color. Completely wrong. And since I was on my way to work I decided to chat in and request a refund and they refused saying it had to be done in person and they didn’t care that I was going to work. As if that’s not when most of us pick up our drinks. I’ll move on to a local business now.

Went here a few months ago while in the morning on a road trip from LA – Arizona, and boy let me tell you. The manager here (or at least he called himself the manager) was beyond rude and had a snarky tone with me. I don’t recall his name but he was a short hispanic man with a beard. Went back yesterday night driving through town again and it was still unpleasant. Employees had an attitude and I felt like they were pissed I was even there.

Could be cleaner, not the first time trash is overflowing. The music is so loud the speakers crackle. Messed up orders on multiple occasions.

I have come here multiple times, and Virginia is always here. I’m sure they schedule her all the time because she is lovely! Amazing customer service! Update 2/23 I returned to this location, here we go again. Double fail tonight. First trip they forgot to give me one of the drinks I ordered. So I went back an hour later and told them they made the mistake and they admitted it, fine. What I didn’t realize until I got back to work was THEY GAVE ME THE HOUR OLD ICED DRINK! What kind of lazy employees do that? It was totally watered down and gross. I also ordered a new drink (that they should of comped for my trouble, but didn’t) and they screwed that drink up too by only filling it just over 1/2 full when I ordered a Venti! Why pay full price and only get 1/2 the product? Time to hire some better employees!
Update 5/21 The inside consistently closes early, so if you do a mobile order, expect to wait 15 minutes or longer in the drive thru line to pick it up cold coffee. Defeats the whole reason to do a mobile order! This location continues to be terrible. Original review: Today I found a fly IN my Carmel Macchiato. I am sick to my stomach just thinking about it. Employee’s comment was “we have a fly problem because there are fields around us”. UNACCEPTABLE in my drink!!
UPDATE 9/20/19. My first time back since the unapologetic fly incident (no manager ever did contact me). Today I ordered another Carmel Macchiato, this one with no foam. I understand it’s impossible not to do any foam, but this either had almost 2 inches of foam or they short poured it by the same margin. So you pay for a Venti, and receive a Grande. This location has gone down hill a lot since they opened.
