I’m most blown away by the kindness and warm feeling that my family gets whenever we encounter Miss Donna. She’s usually at the drive-through window but always stops to ask us how our kids are by name which to me gives that small town touch. They always write really sweet messages on their cups here too so definitely recommend stopping and get in your mocha frappe latte here.
Every time I come in the store is clean, staff greet me immediately with a lovely smile on their faces and are ready to serve.

I always try to be polite and ask how people are doing, and there’s one particular employee who consistently replies with a flat, disinterested “I’m alright.” It comes across like she clearly doesn’t want to be there — not exactly a warm or welcoming vibe first thing in the morning.
While I was placing my order, she kept saying “what else?” — even though I was clearly done. It felt like she either wasn’t paying attention or just wasn’t listening. Then at the window, I only received my drinks — no food, no explanation, just a quick “That’s it.”
I had to park and go inside to ask for my sandwich. The girl at the counter didn’t greet me or offer any kind of help — just, “Do you know what you ordered?” And she looked at me like I was bothering her. Another employee repeated the same question, as if I was the one who made the mistake. No one apologized. No one took responsibility.
The lack of basic courtesy, active listening, and accountability is incredibly frustrating. Mistakes happen, but the way they’re handled makes all the difference — and unfortunately, that part is seriously lacking here. I’d rather give my money to other businesses and not waste your time here. Especially when their demographic of customers are service members. RIDICULOUS
