At first one of the baristas welcomed by saying “how can I help you?”, then, after I ordered a drink she tossed me to another barista. Then I had to repeat my order. Then I also asked for a receipt. Then when he tried to print out the receipt, the machine was out of paper for receipt. Then he said the machine was broken. But I know the machine was not broken because a part of paper came half way and then no paper anymoret, which showed just out of paper (I know it because I used the .machine before). Then, when I said it was just out of paper, he said “well, you can see the receipt from your app”. This sounds like ‘why bother. Just lookk at rhe app’. He is a just lazy worker. employee. This place needs to train their employees for customer service.

Service was nothing to write home about. Awfully slow, spends too much time talking to customers even when the line is long. Loved the Oleato drink! It’s my new favorite. There’s nothing like getting quality olive oil in your latte! Highly recommend before it disappears!

I like this location because it’s a nice area to relax inside or outside. Peaceful, relaxing area. I ordered a cream cheese plain bagel, strawberry overnight oats parfait, tall dragon fruit drink with coconut milk, I believe they also have a dragon fruit with lemonade too. Also got a red pepper egg white breakfast bites. Lots of other shops and stores around! And the girls that were there were nice with excellent customer service made me feel welcome .

The woman taking our order was absolutely wonderful! All of the staff were helpful including after I poured my entire coffee onto my lap and on the floor and table. We were all making jokes about it because it really was funny and I didn’t get hurt,
which was their first concern. They cleaned up my mess and gave me a new coffee. These are the kind of people that keep me going back to Starbucks!

I tried to order the oreo frapp. Custom drink since it was my firsttime trying this drink. And the lady said they dont have that drink then she ask me if with white mocha or no mocha then i said white mocha since i dont know how to order this drink i wanted to drink oreo frp. But it came dissapointment and the super visor came saying i heard everything u said white mocha not oreo. Instead of making it right they keep arguing me and i blow it and throw my drink instead!
