Ordered a pretty complicated custom drink on Red Cup Day and the barista handled it like an absolute champ. They crafted everything perfectly and even double-checked the details, asking whether the affogato shot should go before or after the whipped cream. Really appreciated the care and attention on such a busy day. Great service!

Visited on New Year’s Day around noon. No one in line, 3 cars in drive thru, 4 ppl working behind the counter. Waited 10 mins for someone to take my order.
And someone behind me actually cut in front by going to another register. Worker didn’t say anything.
No greeting no happy new year…. Nothing.
If you want to work just don’t. I get it, you probably won’t want to work there or on a holiday shift. But that’s not my problem.
Pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

WARNING! The staff here are EXTREMELY DISCRIMINATORY. We ordered a grande Americano in venti cup with extra ice and water, they refused to do so, was giving us a hard time even we told them we have been ordered like this for at least 5 years. But when we asked if we can just have a cup of water on the side they responded “happy to do so”. Seriously… what’s the point of doing that if you can just add water into my cup instead of wasting another plastic cup? Starbucks, if you open the option to have people customize their drink on app, you should train your staff to be able to do it in the store too, this is beyond ridiculous.

Awful employees. Today I got the most bitter venti blonde. Perhaps they reheated the coffee? It was 9:45 AM. The worst and NOT fresh coffee ever!! Do better lazy people. I drove through and got on the highway. I wish I had the time to go back and tell you the truth about your coffee this morning.

I would avoid this store because they gave me a Venti cup with less than 1/4 of the volume filled with the drink. I asked for some ice, and it is still less than 1/3 of the volume. (The image shows what I received initially with added ice). The drink tastes extremely sweet. I went home, filled the remaining space with milk, and it tastes okay.

I had to delete the star. My question is did they run out of Christmas cups this morning? I ordered a venti hot coffee after having a terrible morning and getting my morning coffee at almost 12 noon and was served with the regular green and white cup that they have all year long. I look over the counter and they had plenty of Holiday cups on hand. Your right Attention owner of this Starbucks. And I’ve had other experiences there that were not that great. And they do have the worst unfriendly service!!!
