came in to get 3 brown sugar oat milk shaken espressos with easy ice and extra oat milk. What I got was 3 drinks that look like they have been drank from already. Obviously they do not have easy ice or extra oat milk. When brought up to the employee she was rude, condescending and felt the need to raise her voice as she yelled that “this is how we make them”
I’ve ordered the same drink from other Starbucks in other cities, states as well as internationally and have never received such an empty cup or rude service.
Please re-train the staff at this location so that another customer won’t experience the same disappointment as I’ll never be coming back here again.. THUMBS DOWN!!!!!

Gave me the wrong order after confirming my name 2x, I drank it on accident without looking and realized it had ingredients I can’t have. And couldn’t go back bc they wouldn’t let me in the lobby and I work on an ambulance and to run back so I couldn’t check before leaving. Also gave me a drink that was sitting out for 2 hrs, the drink was supposed to be iced and w milk and was sitting out for that long and was warm.

This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. It’s clear that the crew here takes care of business and doesn’t mess around. The drinks are tasty and the service is impeccable. Andrew is a real stand out employee who went above and beyond.

Starbucks here is great but sometimes there drinks not fair with the product. I know I’m not the only one who buys matcha green tea with no ice and have a cup of ice on the side. However, I pay for my drinks, not pay for it not to be filled up like if it had ice. That goes for any drinks.

They can NEVER make iced coffee correctly this is not a splash of whole milk how dense can you not see as well as no classic syrup, the only reason I didn’t get off is because it would not have ended well for them, Do your job correctly it was one drink, in the end I had to throw it away tasted like shitty milk .
