I come to this Starbucks regularly, the people there are nice and I actually really like coming here. Today they had a long line at the drive thru so I went inside and ordered, the person who took my order was really busy but still asked me how my day was going, and ya know what? It was actually really genuine! She apologized about the wait and mentioned that they were short staffed, I told her that I understand. I know we want our coffee as quickly as possible, but best believe that the people making it are working as hard as they can to provide you excellent service. Is it always going to be excellent? Probably not, but they’re just people at the end of the day, so be kind.

This is a brand new opening Starbucks with a GREAT location. The sign is SO BIG, you won’t miss it.

The overall design of the Starbucks is very modern and nice.

Not sure if it is built to protect from the Coronavirus, but the inside working area is protected by the sliding windows.

The staffs are nice and this store is OK to use the points to redeem for the free items.

However, today the store can NOT offer my FAVORITE pink drink (no more ingredients ) so the staff suggested me to try the Violet drink.

I was happy to try the Violet drink (because it’s another FRUITY drink ) but I was SAD about the result. The taste grade was B- , but I will NOT order it again.

I will be back again to this location because it’s very convenient and it has good service.

Oh, the WIFI was NOT working properly today so hopefully they will fix it ASAP.

It’s a Starbucks not much more else to it. Great location super quick service and it has a pretty cool open design which makes sitting inside great if you plan on getting some work done or having a chat with a friend.

No one was in the drive thru. Got off and ordered to use the restroom. 2 drinks took 15 minutes. Only one other customer was in the Starbucks. Frap had a huge ice chunk in it . The baristas just don’t give a hoot on that shift. It was mid day.Bad location avoid if possible. Do not tolerate or support that kind of business ethic.

Update: 7/19/23…. waited about 15 minutes for a mobile order.. when I asked again, it had been sitting there the whole time and it was separated and not drinkable. Will not be coming to this location again. They didn’t even say sorry or offer to replace it.

The absolute worse customer service. Never acknowledges you when you walk in and I am always having to wait long periods of time just for my order even though I ordered ahead. Would’ve been faster just for me to go through the drive thru.

I had an offer that expires on 12/25 on the app and I went to redeem it but when I got there they had me waiting for 5 minutes and just for them to not check the offer whatsoever and said it was only select Starbucks store I went to another Starbucks sure enough the offer was there and the barista said it was all Starbucks location, the worker seem to lazy as they were mishandling food item

Ordered my coffee on a mobile order came in and told the lady I already ordered online can I use the restroom she said what’s your name I need to verify that you placed an order before I give you the code to the bathroom I said are you kidding she said no you have to be a customer I said I told you I just put my order in online I shouldn’t be berated to use the restroom when I already said that I purchased my order online and I hadn’t even got my drink yet it’s disgusting and it makes people look weird asking for a code for a bathroom Starbucks you are disgusting do better with your employees
