Picked up my usual java chip Frappuccino from this location and was very pleased. This location has a drive-thru and indoor ordering. The drive thru was packed but they seemed to be moving through at a good rate. The staff was professional and pleasant. I recommend this location to locals, thank you Starbucks.

there was a slightly bigger caucasian blondish girl (from what i remember) who just had the worst attitude ever. i see her quite often actually. i came in maybe a few months ago and there was (i think asian) girl also just being so passive with me she tried to make small talk with me after she realized she was being rude asking me what my plans were for the day, told her i was gonna see a friend and tried to tell me and indicate to me that i have no job fyi i do have a job and only 17 and have been working for a year alr weird energy everytime i go here

0/10 just go to a different starbucks. The boy taking me order was rude I went around 1:30 on a Wednesday he was getting my order wrong and groaned in annoyance anytime I corrected him on my order. I went to the window he swapped out with a girl because he didn’t want to see me and when I got my drink they tasted horrible I wanted a venti strawberry acai with no lemonade and I got watered down lemonade |: I understand having a bad day but at that point this guy just shouldn’t work in customer service if he can’t slap a smile on his face for awhile

I was soooo disappointed. I ordered the new blueberry sage drink only to be told AFTER paying and waiting at the window that all of my drinks were in paper cups. These cups are TRASH!!! I don’t know who thought this was a good idea. EPIC FAIL. You drink and as soon ad the cup gets moist it sticks to your lips and practically pulls the skin off. Just lost 3 clients.

I experienced something at this location I’d never thought I would ever experienced anywhere. I witnessed a law enforcement officer get denied use of the restroom because he wasn’t a paying customer. He told the lady (Christina) that his partner was going to buy something and if he could use the restroom and Christina refused him again. Unreal! I think there is some real bias going on here. No professional curtesy or respect for our men in women in uniform. Shame on Christina! Hope the manager speaks to their staff about this and how to handle this situation better. I encourage people that see this to take their business elsewhere.
