I decided to try a different location because I received a gift card. This location was a little better. I ordered for pickup. I ordered the Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt that came with Kettle-Cooked Potato Chips. I also ordered the Agave Lemonade and a Brownie. The melt tasted and looked better than the first one I got from a different location, but lacked pepperoni. They do not put enough pepperoni on the melt. However, it was full of flavor. The chips were delicious and I recommend them. The Agave Lemonade was bitter and did not taste good. It lacked flavor. The brownie was delicious and I recommend it. The customer service was ok. My food was not where it was to be for pickup and I had to ask an employee for it. I do not recommend the Agave Lemonade from this location.

This is usually my go to Panera location. I’ve never had a problem here before. Today was probably the worst interaction I’ve encountered. I placed an order on the mobile app at 7:38am and went through the drive through to pick it up. I was the only car and yet it still took them over 20 minutes to complete my order. I even got the text saying it was ready for pick up and still no one was at the window to give it to me. Looked like they were just kids goofing off in the kitchen. I got my order at 8:05. I literally ordered a bagel and salad. I usually order in the mornings and head to work since it’s fast. Not only was it really slow, but they made it late to work. Not to mention when my food was ready, the Panera employee open the window handed it to me and shut the window ASAP. He said nothing and was pretty rude and unprofessional. Not sure what was going on this morning but it’s pretty disappointing given that I come here often and never had a bad experience with Panera at all.

This is the first time at any drive thru restaurant when asking and paying for extra items on a salad- for example apple chips or chicken etc… that they added the extra items. I tried to order online for a delivery but it wouldn’t go thru until I changed it to drive thru pickup. I ordered two sandwiches with Apple sides but they gave me potato chips. I had a free dessert because I had signed up online. They gave me a pecan danish that was stale.

I just recently got addicted to this place. I’ve been going through the drive-thru but decided to recently try to dine in and the place was SLOOOOOW. Nobody came to the front for almost 10 minutes, or at least it felt that long, and there was seating however NOBODY had picked up any of the tables. They were all dirty and stayed like that at least 20 minutes. So we had to sit outside under the AZ sun. There were some people eating and others just sitting with their laptop not eating. Not a great visit to say the least and I doubt I’ll be dining in again after that. At least the food has been consistent.
