When I asked about my order, his response was, “Well, did you order it to the right store?” His tone was dismissive and rude. I replied that yes, I had ordered to that location, and instead of apologizing or helping, he said, “Well, can I see?” in a very condescending manner.
I was shocked by the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. As a customer who waited patiently, I expected to be acknowledged and spoken to respectfully. This interaction made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, which is not the experience I expect from Starbucks.
I am bringing this to your attention because this behavior does not reflect the customer service standards Starbucks promotes. I hope this matter is addressed so other customers do not experience the same treatment.
