I left without completing my order because the staff was too busy to wait on me. That’s not their fault. I see them working hard. But not enough of them.

There was a girl who is supposed to be becoming manager and multiple times complained out loud about a customer over the phone. She kept laying all over the table that the food was being put into bags. I waited 20 mins for our order. They had forgotten the steak for a bagel. After they apologized for the wait I still had to ask about our drinks. Which then the girl who is going to be manager made the frappes. Nothing ran smoothly. The guy who was helping bag food had no gloves and kept touching his face. His back under his hoodie. Itched his butt a few times. His hair was all over in his face and hanging down. I understand things get crazy but there didn’t seem to be a good flow with each person. The manager should totally be on top of each order making sure things are running smoothly. There was no professionalism in any way.
Not a location I will stop at again.

Low fuel, low patience, and not much time to spare — so I pulled into the McDonald’s attached to the gas station by the outlet mall, right near the Howell machine.
What could’ve been a forgettable pit stop turned into a surprisingly smooth operation. Order went in fast, food came out hot, and nothing was missing (which already puts this place ahead of expectations).
It was one of those stops where everything just worked: grab gas, grab food, get back on the road without chaos. Not gourmet, not fancy — just dependable when you need it most.
Would stop again without hesitation.

This place is a disaster. Ordered my food from the kiosk, no option for sides of breakfast sauce. No problem, I’ll order it at the counter. I ended up waiting longer for the sauce than the food. When I got the sauce it was maybe half a teaspoon squirted into a 4 piece nugget box. Literally not even wnough for a bite. As my order got packed I heard the worker say this is the worst one I’ve seen yet referring to my order. After I brought it back the grill worker was talking poorly about me right there as I heard it. On top of that Fiasco we get rolling on the road only to realize we never got cups! This place sucks and I’ll be putting a corporate review in. Follow food safety laws for Christ sake.

Horrible service. Over 20 minutes to get served is crazy at McDonalds. We would have walked out if we hadn’t already paid a small fortune. We could have went to a sit down place like Leo’s and got served faster, cheaper and better service. Remember when McDonalds was fast and affordable ? I heard one of them in the back yell “I knew we were gonna get busy!”. Ya think?? Saturday morning! I think fast food places need to stop trying to compete with bigger places like Starbucks and sit down restaurants. If someone is going to McDonalds, they are looking for fast and affordable. Go back to the business model that made you popular in the first place. Don’t worry …. We won’t be back.

Edit, this time they just straight marked my order complete and left me in the drive thru wait spot until I came inside to get it. They forgot i was there.

Extremely slow, especially in the morning the last several times I’ve ordered here. Not recommended for a quick breakfast stop, today I was waiting at the drive thru for at least 10 minutes with no one responding and when I was skipped, backed out, and switched lanes, the woman on the other end could barely be heard through giggles. Work should be fun, but there’s clearly a lot of messing around going on in the kitchen. Fast food stops shouldn’t take 25 minutes in the drive thru with no crowd.

We ordered A hamburger, 2 small fries, 2 small cokes and a 6 piece chicken nuggets. We waited forever and when we got to the window she asked do we have the double cheeseburger and fries. No. Told her what we ordered, she took card, handed us our 2 cokes and a bag of food. We made the mistake of not checking. She gave us the double cheeseburger and fries. We will be back later tonight for a refund.

I got no problem with the food, it’s how the employees act during the day shift that matters. They like to run the music a little too loud in the lobby, and upon being asked multiple times politely if they could turn it down or talk to someone who could, they said said they would but did not, then outright ignored me all together. I keep getting told about what they can’t do but not talk to who can do it. A lot of workers that just wanted to defer their problems and not work towards solving it. I understand they were busy, but I was a paying customer as well. Kudos to the one cashier / associate that actually went to someone to try to get something done.

My man there at night is a legend. 3 times in a row my burger is done perfectly, it actually tastes good, and put together with care. Fries are golden brown and warm and the coke had perfect amount of ice. Bro single handedly making McDonald’s great again.
