A kind gentleman came in asking if he could have hot water for his small coffee cup. Staff said “ do you have a membership or did you buy something today?” He said “i did not”. Staff said “then nah we can’t give you water”. He said “I understand thank you”.

Made a mobile order. It said it was gonna be 15 minutes. Got to the store 20 minutes and I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes more for my mobile order. it shouldn’t take 35 minutes for a coffee. This store is always like this. They’re slow or is it just went to the store a couple times never wanted to make a complaint but every time I come in I still gotta wait more than I have to for a cup of coffee so I decided to complain

At this location there isn’t a long wait (most of the time). Their service is fast. Friendly staff. Parking lot is shared with other business, so yes the lot is a bit crowded.

LMAOOOO this is what they give you if you order a grande with no ice. This is the funniest thing to happen to me this week and I was SO shook I didn’t even argue. To be fair tho, it was filled to that first line before I took 2 sips.

There were homeless people sitting at the same table as me. Because I was working on my computer and sometimes had to go to the restroom, I felt uncomfortable and worried about this location. If you need to study or work on your computer at Starbucks, please STAY AWAY from this location. Too many homeless people in this corner, and I was told the cameras do not face this corner. All Starbucks locations need to increase their security and have better camera coverage.

This Starbucks is always awesome, fast and friendly workers are always willing to go above and beyond. A great way to start your morning. Even if the drive-thru line is long at this location it’s worth the wait because they always get my order correct.
