Since this location is in the mall, it tends to get very busy! Definitely mobile order if you can, although sometimes this may take even longer than ordering in person. The staff are sweet and understanding, even though your drink might take 10-20 minutes to get ready

Although this location is in a mall, it’s my favorite because they always have secret menu drinks on the menu, like this sunset refresher which is honestly a must get. It gets pretty busy so I recommend order online to get it quickly. Staff is always nice and I recommend it.

My team ordered a venti vanilla espresso , when I received it the drink was not to the top at all. When I returned it and asked for the drink to be filled she said “the way u ordered it is why it’s not filled” I replied and assured her it’s the same drink every time ? She refused to make a new one or fill it and smiked and laughed the entire time .I told her I ordered a venti and expected it to be filled (as all my past drinks have been) I’ve never had this experience before I’m actually shocked. I did not get her name but she was working the register 5/1 at 11 am .

They did not care my mobile order and i ordered 40 min ago after i arrive to store i asked my order and then they eventhough they saw my receipt they did not care my order and continue to other customers orders. Then i said to refund my money back and they said that to me get in the line and i said i do not want to wait in the line that’s why l use “mobile order” finally i said i do want to see manager and they opened a closed register and refund my money Back.
Statistics says Starbucks is losing customers and i did not surprise it.

I feel like they sometimes forget about the mobile orders. I ordered at 1:16pm and didn’t get my drink until almost 1:40. I eventually asked if my drink was ready since everyone around me kept getting their drinks, no lines etc. she checked the counter and pulled out a sticker and said its in line. It’s a weekend and busy so I took that into consideration but the Starbucks eventually empty out and still no drink. I thought ordering from the app puts you in line but it definitely took longer. I also hate feeling like I’m rushing someone by asking for my order but I feel like if I didn’t say something I would probably be there for much longer

I placed a mobile order today considering it’s a Saturday and a lot of people are there. I came back a couple minutes after the estimated time and after about 5 min the girl called out my name saying mobile order ready. I went up and no drinks were there. About 10 min later my sister went up and politely asked and a guy gave attitude and said to wait because he’s calling out other drinks. We were confused because the girl had called my name, but we figured it’s busy we can wait. They began calling orders for people who were there after us and it felt like they weren’t giving us our drinks on purpose because we asked. I understand it’s busy and it’s the mall, but why call the name saying it’s ready and then not give us the drinks. I’ve been to busier Starbucks with employees with better attitudes.

First time coming to this star bucks! Same amazing customer service I tend to get. They had little samples to try new drinks so that was neat! The girl was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and very courteous! I will definitely come here for my caffeine needs when I am in the area! 🙂
