I bought A red mug from there and I am sad to say that it has been the worst mug ever. It is very hard to open, I busted my lip trying to open the cup/mug. Not only that when I did finally get it open it was extremely hot i burnt myself getting 2 nd degree burn on my chest. so unsatisfied. Everytime that I tried opening I either broke a nail, busted my lip, hurt my tooth and burnt my chest.

Baristas were friendly, my drink was great as usual, and it was clean. Warning: if you have an adult sized thigh go ahead and use the bathroom somewhere else! I went inside instead of using the drive thru ONLY because I needed to use the restroom, and the toilet was so close to the wall + the tp dispenser was in the worst place possible and I could barely sit down

Customer service is always great here. line sucks but that’s not their fault, they keep it moving well. But I always ask for light ice & got what looks like extra ice. Not the first time this has happened either. Ridiculous for the price of their drinks.

The staff at this Starbucks are so cool and kind. I come in/order from them way too often and not only do they take the time to great me by name, but sometimes they’ll label my delivery bag with cute colorful marker drawings 🙂

Drive through closed again without warning. Food, when the store bothers to be open, is almost always wrong. Can never order ahead as the store won’t allow it. Drinks made incorrectly and staff seem agitated to fix it.
Be prepared to wait in line then be told that everything you want to order is out of stock. Fix your management/inventory management/ staffing or just stay closed.
Honestly just avoid this one. Try the one in target if you need the Starbucks hit. Or caribou isn’t too bad.

Online it said it was open AGAIN so I went to buy a drink. Once again they weren’t open. Also, I was given a gift card by the manager and was told it was good for $5 off my next order, when I gave it to HIM it only took $4 off. The drinks haven’t been their usual quality when I am able to catch them open.

Great service. Nice sitting area. Bathrooms always clean. As a Starbucks… room to improve but they have come along way in the last 11 months. Edit, 2/24. Seems like it is always closed and that when they are open, the staff seem taken back by customers. No wonder coffee shops are opening up all over town, it’s easy now to compete against this Starbucks. sad day
